My experience was amazing, hotel is very clean and staff was great. Will definitely go back, in order to be able to experience all amenities.

I really liked it, the people are super friendly, they cook really well and if you need anything they respond right away and I never saw them get angry about anything.

We’re Florida locals. We booked originally through resort pass to have a day room so we could relax and nap during the long park day. After our nap we decided to stay overnight instead of driving home. Lucia and Angelo were so helpful and far exceeded our expectations. We’ll def be back!

Beautiful hotel. Great customer service..love the coffee shop and hot tub. Our second time. Great location and great souvenir stores close by. And not to forget Bob Evans for breakfast
