Julian is an excellent server to the customer. Very friendly and nice. Always checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Definetly will be coming back just because of the service. Food was delicious. I recommend the lobster bisque and the wagyu burger.

Julian gave excellent customer service. Delicious food and very good recommendations. If your going to come here, ask for Julian he will give you the best food recommendations. More light in the dinning room to see the menu in order to read is the only thing I would suggest.

My husband and I took a few days between Christmas and New Years to soak in some sun and relax. Margaritaville Orlando was a good fit. We were delighted to be welcomed with a complimentary rum punch. We were impressed with the luxury appointments noticeable on the convenient walk to our room. Beach life inspired art decorated the way, while plush beautifully designed turquoise carpets pampered our tootsies. Every detail is thoughtfully executed from light fixtures, fabrics to bathroom hardware. The effect resulted in both of us being transported to a laid back atmosphere that truly let us unwind. A little snafu was our air conditioning did not work, but we were given a new room right away. The on-site restaurant is superb. The food tasted fresh and delicious. The bar is beautiful with gorgeous leather chairs and wood paneling. The restaurant has an open kitchen window to observe the chef and is absolutely pristine. The drinks in the interior restaurant were outstanding. The live music every night was entertaining. Out by the pool we reserved beach chairs by the pool bar. The pool bar drinks were too sweet in my humble opinion. Drinks tasted much sweeter than the interior restaurant. They played Christmas music out by the pool, which we loved! The pool had no smoking and no personal music policy which is great. The water was warm and inviting. The live music out by the pool was entertaining. The towels at the big pool, the green and white ones are not good. They are microfiber. Hack: go to other pool to get the big fluffy cotton towels (blue and white) and bring them over to the big pool. I also enjoyed the other pool which was not heated, because I love to swim in cold water. It was so invigorating. This pool is absolutely pristine and has huge fluffy cotton towels, beautiful deck furniture and a giant checkerboard. I love this pool. It's the one in my photos from our balcony. Also the plantings are lovely all over the property. The staff got to know us and made wonderful suggestions and made us feel at home. Read less

This was our first stay at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, and we arrived just after Christmas on 12/28. The hotel and property are beautiful, and our room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Most of the staff (valets, bar and restaurant) was great. The front desk staff and check-in process were horrendous. After standing around for 45 minutes waiting to check-in, we were told we'd have to stand on line again for our keys once the room was ready. When I questioned the process, the person checking us in actually started to get rude with me. Although my cell phone number was taken, we were never notified that the room was indeed ready. In any event, we spent another 40 minutes waiting on line again before finally obtaining our keys. Totally unacceptable! The Front Desk staff was detached and needs some serious training that should include remembering that one of the reasons guests chose the property was "chill" that is expected. Overall, the check-in sent our moods in the opposite direction, leaving us frustrated and far from relaxed. Not the way you want to start a Margaritaville vacation. Housekeeping bypassed our room for two days despite turning on the green LED that indicates housekeeping service was requested at 10 am. Calls to the front desk, intended to request housekeeping at 5:30 pm went unanswered (also unacceptable). A trip to the front desk on day 2 resulted in housekeeping finally arriving at 7:30 to service the room. On a positive note, the staff at Euphoria and the food and drinks were fantastic. We are normally Marriott customers but thought as "Parrotheads" we'd give the resort a try. Although we would like to give the property another chance, we will seriously scrutinize the reviews before making any plans. Read less

I’ve stayed at Margaritaville prior to my recent visit this January and I cannot believe how aged the hotel has gotten. What was once clean, new and modern is now dirty rugs, gross bathroom baseboards, flat pillows and the list continues. I am very disappointed with the maintenance and up keep on the rooms, bathrooms and common areas around the hotel. Moreso, the fact that the bathroom doesn’t have a full screened in shower and the cold air blows while your showering is quite miserable especially in the cold months of the year, and the water pressure is comparable to a communal outdoor shower at the beach, it’s really unacceptable. I will also mention that I found on two occasions contacts for your eyes that did not belong to anyone in my party, on the carpet by the bed and in the shower. If your looking for clean and new, i would not recommend to stay here for the price your paying. The quick breakfast in the market is also overpriced and not tasteful. Overall, disappointment and will not be coming back until they invest into maintenance of their hotel. Read less
