Shortly after check-in, my son contacted the front desk as the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and the tile was coming up. They sent someone up to the room, but nothing was done about it to resolve the situation and he and his teammates were left to stay in an unsanitary room. As they navigated the tile movement, they found black substance under the tile that reinforced that the problem had been in existence for a while. I made multiple attempts to contact management at the hotel following his stay with no returned phone calls. This of course required countless hours on hold listening to their recording that "customer satisfaction" was their top priority. We have stayed at numerous hotels over the years, and this property will go down as the worst at providing service for an issue during and following the stay! Would highly recommend finding a different property for those visiting Orlando!

They tested it. Front desk staff horrible. If you stay in a cottage bring towels too. You get a few beds a couch a kitchen table and that’s it. Not suitable for handicaps for sure either. We have 2 chairs on a balcony to sit outside. Oh did I mention we are a mile away from the from the main pool areas and dinning areas. You need a car. Btw we paid $3,300. For a week. Or should I say ripped off! Zero amenities. Highly recommend you go else where.
