“Hidden Gem!”

Hidden gem away from all the noise! We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family. The resort was peaceful and relaxing, while still being close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The pool and water slides were a huge hit with our kids! It was so convenient having everything right there for them to enjoy, run around, and have fun while we could relax and enjoy the resort atmosphere. The amenities really made our stay that much more enjoyable. We also had a great experience at Zac’s Restaurant. There were plenty of great food options, and it was so nice having a restaurant right on the property when we didn’t feel like going out. Check-in was easy, simple, and stress-free, and the customer service at the front desk was excellent. A special thank you to Onie, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, as well as the gentleman in the suit who I believe was the Front Desk Manager. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful, and it really made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our house was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which was especially important for our family. We had plenty of room to spread out and truly enjoyed having the space and privacy of a vacation home rather than a traditional hotel room. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to coming back. We will definitely be back in December! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We found a true hidden gem and can’t wait to return! 🌴☀️

“Great place to stay, superb location”

We visited Regal oaks for a 2 week holiday, staying Jyly/August. Great accommodation, very spacious. Well kept grounds and social areas. Staff were very welcoming. Brilliant location, especially for Old Town Kissimmee and its bars/restaurants. Close to theme parks. We just used uber/lyft to get about with no issues. Zaks sports bar onside was great, although only open until 10pm. Lovely food. Only issue is pricing...advertise a price for a drink, then add tax and some staff automatically add a tip...never paid the same price for same drinks which seems a bit strange. Would return and recommend.

Absolutely fantastic holiday only major problem we received a bill for $567-57 On arrival which we had not been told about which included cleaning & resort fees. This situation is on going and hopefully we are going to receive a full refund, I will update as soon as it’s resolved.
