“Unacceptable service and missing items – Beware”

We were required to pay for a cleaning fee upon arrival, yet during our entire two-week stay, the bedding was never changed and the floors were never vacuumed. Far more concerning, however, was our experience with missing personal belongings. After checking out of unit 2614 Corvette Lane, we realised upon arriving at Orlando International Airport on Friday, October 16, that my daughter’s movie poster (stored in a protective tube) and my fiancée’s Apple AirPods (left on the bedside nightstand) had been left behind. I emailed IDILIQ immediately. A week later, they claimed nothing was found. I sent a follow-up email asking them to recheck the unit, check with the cleaning staff, and contact the new occupants. They ignored this email entirely until I escalated the matter to IDILIQ Headquarters, only to receive the same brush-off. We are 100% certain these items were left inside the property. Furthermore, the AirPods tracking now shows them out of their case, indicating someone has actively removed and paired them. I gave IDILIQ a 72-hour deadline to address this before posting, which has passed without any response. Subpar cleaning and missing property with zero accountability. I strongly advise avoiding booking with this company.

“Poor villa cleanliness and maintenance”

Our villa was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival and appeared to have been poorly maintained. When we first entered the property, there were an excessive number of flies on the carpets, especially in the master bedroom. The situation was so bad that we were unable to use the balcony. I reported this issue on four separate occasions before any action was taken by housekeeping. What was particularly frustrating was being told by staff that this was 'normal' and I would have to accept it. Had a hoover been available, I would have cleaned it myself rather than repeatedly chasing. The property was visibly unclean throughout, with stains on the carpets, furniture and curtains. The patio doors were covered in dirt and appeared not to have been cleaned for a considerable period of time. The patio area itself had extremely dirty floors, with mould present in places, further indicating a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Similar complaints have been raised before on this platform, with management promising to address this, but this clearly this is just lip service. On a positive note, the pool facilities are great and beds very comfortable. If the cleanliness and upkeep was addressed, this would be a nice place for families.
