the room we got was dirty. they didn’t seem to care at all when i brought it to there attention. didn’t get any type of discount/refund. dirty panties in the closet. toe nails on the floor randomly. hair EVERYWHERE. pee left in the shower dried up, conditioner on shower walls. pee in the toilet. tooth paste dried on the counter.

The resort was clean and staff were Accommodating! The check in was abit late but they made sure we were taken care of. We loved the pool area. Theee is plenty to do in this resort.We will definitely come back and will recommend to family and friends.

The unit we stayed in was not clean, there were gaps in the doors allowing lizards to enter. The dryer in the unit marked up our clothes. We reached out to customer service and they were very unprofessional with their responses. We stay there once a year and however we will not be returning.

Best thing about Regal Oaks is location. 10-15 min drive to the Disney Parks. Walking distance to Old Town and various restaurants. Our accommodation - a 3 bed townhouse - was ok.
