“Beware of Fraudulent Bistro Charges”

My husband and I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village. We've stayed at this hotel a few times when we travel to Disney and have never had any issues. We always leave the hotel in the early morning and return late at night after the Disney parks close. On this trip, we were fraudulently charged for dining at the Bistro on September 27. In our multiple stays, we've never ate at this hotel or ordered dining services--and not on this trip either. We've contacted the hotel multiple times explaining that we leave and return without using the lobby and have never used room service (we weren't even aware this was an option). We believe this is a fraudulent charge, and we are disappointed with the hotel's customer service and unwillingness to investigate our claim further. Beware of fraudulent Bistro charges and check your bill before checking out.

Super nice staff and rooms. Ariel, the food and beverage supervisor at the Starbucks in the hotel is awesome! She had a line of customers and was super fast. Even though it took her a while to get to my drink, it was worth the wait. Ariel made the best caramel frappuccino. Please tip her because she is great!
