I cannot begin to say enough great things about the facility and Michael Meidling, who was such a gift to me. I had a rough trip coming in, 22 hours to get from CA to FL - and when I arrived I was ready to fall over. Mike took care of me and made sure I was able to check in quickly to SLEEP. He also was such a giver through my stay. I was there for a kickoff for RAIN Intl and he was so supportive - of all of us. My experience of our family visit to florida has been that of a 5 star one. staying in the Marriot village has been great, TBH i was nervous about staying here after reading some of the recent reviews, butll staff have been exceptional, very friendly, helpful, and unbelievably polite. Our room has been cleaned daily to a very good standard with fresh bedding and towels. Dining experience has been very good- we've only eaten breakfast here (not sure if there are other dining options) breakfast has been daily buffet style breakfast consisting of hot options, eggs, bacon, sausage patties and links. waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, hot and cold beverages. Omelette bar opening 3 times weekly. Cold water pool with 2 hot tubs; refreshing after 30° sunshine. Close proximity to the Disney parks and outlet malls with excellent shuttle service. We normally have a car but choose to go car free this visit and use uber and shuttle service, we missed our car but was happy with our choice this time. Read less

The property needs to be refreshed. Paid for a balcony could not see out due to a broken seal on the door. It was hard to find a seat by the pool, not enough seats. On the bright side, the employees were very professional. I have stayed at other marriott properties before with no complaints. We were a little disappointed.

The room was not made up and there carpet was full of mold. I called the front desk and they said they would have to reach out to the manager to see what can be done. I’ve asked for at least my points to be credited as a resolution but this room should not be rented out
