Stayed at Fairfield by Marriott, Orlando for just a night. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and served the purpose well. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room. For a reputed hotel brand, I feel this is a very basic necessity that should be available to guests, especially after check-in. Overall, a decent stay if you’re looking for a quick night’s rest, but small details like water provision can make the experience much more pleasant.

“Beware of Hidden Charges/Extras”

Booked and paid in advance for my stay only to be told I need to pay another $250. There was no mention of this during the booking process! Will not be staying here again as this has left me in financial issues

“Great hotel, reception staff not great”

Spent 2 weeks here. Firstly please ignore the bad reviews and make your own opinion on it. Firstly the good, we had a room with kingsize bed, very comfy, clean and great shower overlooking the pool. The pool is great with the added bonus it doesn’t close till 10pm. The breakfast was free, same every day but I enjoyed it and the staff in there are amazing, and work so hard. The location is good, plenty of restaurants nearby such as BJ’s and Bahama breeze, there is a free shuttle everyday that you have to book on 24hrs before. We used it a few times but preferred Uber/Lyft. The only negative was the reception staff, with the exception of one lovely lady with long dark hair, we found check in slow, didn’t tell us where the lift was to get to our room, never told us about breakfast, or the $5 credit you get each day, we were basically left to it, as brits who travel to the states every year, we certainly felt that staff weren’t polite to us like they were with other nationalities. Saying that would it stop me staying here again? No, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel
