The hotel room are run down. The pool areas are a bit older run down as well. They have good size gym and restaurants to grab a bite to eat. Octavio was great so informative had great offers for future travel and location recommendations. Wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel is great. Clean, friendly, lots of food options, close walk to disney springs. Samurai, a guest ambassador was wonderful. She was helpful, pleasent and had a welcoming personality and checked in us multiple times. An asset to the Hilton brand

Beautiful place and great customer service. Within walking distance to Disney Springs and free shuttles to the Disney Parks. I had an issue and they made it right. Would go again to this oasis in Orlando!
