We stayed here for 4 nights and have no complaints. No “wow” moments, but everything was as expected/as it should be, which I appreciated! The location was great, rooms are spacious, property well maintained (if a bit sparse), and the pool area comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was friendly, particularly those working late nights at Oasis. Note, however, that parking fee + resort fee adds nearly $100/night, which gets makes this property a very questionable value. When considering this increased price point, I’d want some “wow” factor, not just a lack of complaints.

This place is a hidden gem. Very short walk to Disney Springs. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Victoria at Shades Pool bar / restaurant really made my wife's birthday very special day and gave the best customer service imaginable (request her if you come). The rooms are all very clean and the pool with the lazy river was a hit with my kids. Everything is stroller friendly which made bringing the baby very easy. I highly recommend this Hotel / Resort.

First time saying at this Hilton absolutely amazing experience. The resort is beautiful. We were able to book another package with Mario for our next trip through our Hilton Honors. Cannot say enough great things about this resort very professional, beautiful property so close to Disney and Disney Springs the transport to the park was fabulous. .
