Very comfortable rooms, clean, staff are very accommodating and great location for Disney, local shops, outlets and universal. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Pool is nice and plenty of space, water available at the bar. Great value and no resort tax.

The bathroom was big and a nice powerful shower. The beds were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. With all this in mind the best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s a stones throw from Disney Springs and the best big outlets. The shuttle bus is really effective and although it does get busy, there was always space for us. The 7/11 next door was brilliant and a cheap place for drinks and snacks. Lots of places on Uber for food delivery. Will definitely be staying here again without a doubt! Read less

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and the amenities are very good. Our room was spotless upon arrival and cleaned thoroughly every day. Very close to all the parks and we used the free shuttle almost every day which was reliable and on time. On days when we used Lyft for transport we rarely paid over $20 in total for rides to, AND from the disney parks (for a XL car to fit a family of 5). However, if you like your sleep please be cautious that the hotel pool has loud music playing until VERY late and can be heard from rooms that don’t have a pool view. You can also hear the gates around the pool closing loudly during the night too. We stayed with family who had an opposite experience to us regarding the cleanliness of their room, however when they alerted reception regarding this the problem was rectified almost instantly. Regardless of this, we would definitely stay here again, great value for money for what you pay. Read less

The transportation company contracted through the hotel is not ADA compliant. There is a sign on the front desk which asks you to call and reserve a spot 24 hours in advance, when I called to reserve a scooter spot they can not accommodate and suggested I call Mears Taxi which would cost $25 each way, I brought this to the manager Danny’s attention who confirmed the same information and said he would reimburse me, which he did. The hotel upon check in placed us in room 396, which was on the third floor of the second building and happened to be an exterior room. The elevator of building two was down and was instructed to route to building three which had only one working elevator. I was unable to get through the storm door between the two buildings without assistance. The room was clean, the AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, the shower had great pressure and water temperature. If you have someone that has a disability and need transportation other than car please do your research prior to booking this hotel. The transportation company also has horrific reviews so don’t expect too much from them. Read less
