Excellent service. Rafael was amazing and so friendly at the tiki bar. We struggled to find places to watch football and noticed the tiki bar had this available. All staff friendly and willing to help with anything. The hotel was clean and well near everything we needed.

I love the tiki bar so much Rafael is the best and makes an amazing dirty shirley… I love holiday inn they have amazing and good location they are closed to disney spring and magic kingdom and also too sea world my room was amazing and cleaned thanks you

Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location for disney parks and also universal. Also is close to the outlets for shopping and lots of restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious too. Would recommend this hotel as a base for your disney/universal holiday!
