When you’re booking a trip to the theme parks in Orlando, you don’t imagine that you’d be able to find a haven of relaxation and luxury right in the centre – well here it is. The JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa sits within the gates of Walt Disney World Resort, with a shuttle service taking you to the park gates in no time at all. The action is right around you, but when you step into the resort you’ll find yourself in a 75-acre protected oasis where you can recuperate. The rooms have a sleek, sophisticated design, with ample space in the family suites for larger groups. And from the family suite accommodations to the rock climbing, garden golf, and the activity schedule at the kids club, there’s always something to keep the little ones entertained, rain or shine, whatever their hobbies. Whilst they’re occupied in the resort, be sure to visit the spa by JW, inspired by the rejuvenating warmth of the ‘Sunshine State’, these treatments will have you feeling your best in no time. Disney Springs is just 5 miles away, with its wide variety of restaurants and bars on offer, but the JW Marriott have plenty of their own to save you the trip on those tired evenings. illume is a particular favourite for guests, located on the 9th floor, giving you a great vantage point for the Disney fireworks whilst enjoying Asian inspired tapas and fresh sushi. For those chilled poolside afternoons, check out the happy hour at Unreserved Beer Garden, where you can enjoy a range of craft beers or a chilled glass of rose in the late afternoon sun.

We wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible staff member, Natalia A! She went above and beyond every day during our 4 night stay. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service!
Our only regret was not staying longer

What a fantastic trip to celebrate our son‘s graduation. The staff did an amazing job making us feel at home and providing special touches like a handwritten note. We enjoyed our meal at the rooftop restaurant and the DJ by the pool. All the top-notch amenities you would expect from a JW and fantastic view of the fireworks.
Terrible, terrible, terrible.

This hotel is terrible. Short staffed, rude/incompetent management(Robert), and low class experience overall. If you are looking for an upscale experience in Orlando, this is not the hotel for you.

The service is excellent- attentive- from reception, to poolside to restaurants to even the At your service phone. Food delicious in restaurants. Extensive breakfast buffet. 50$ pp resort fee is steep- i believe that is something that should be included in the high end pricing of JW Marriotts. Being charged for day of check out is also not fair with people who leave early and cant even enjoy the resort. There is also no members lounge. The added parking fee is also a lot. A family of 4 would be paying an extra 200$ a day in resort fees and almost 40$ a day for parking. I would hands down say this is amongst the nicest options in Orlando area were it not for the extra fees. Particularly with afternoon lightening and rain with the pool closing early, it seems unfair for us to be charged the resort fees. The mini golf course is simple and basic and i never saw anyone using it over my 3 days stay .
The lobby restaurant and rooftop 9th floor restaurant are excellent -
I would have given 5 star review if not for the excessive resort fees. Really appreciate the adult pool

The JW is not just a resort, it’s an experience. The top notch customer service is unmatched by other hotels. We felt like royalty there. Every service person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and truly went out of their way to give us a perfect conference/family trip. We enjoyed their restaurants, specifically Sear and Sea and Illume, as well as the lobby bar. We were spoiled at the pool with their staff who set up our chairs and brought a pitcher of ice cold water to us. We enjoyed the attentive pool waiter staff and the DJ’s entertainment. The resort is super close to Disney and you can see the firework show at night. The room is beautiful and the views are picturesque. We will return to this resort again!
