“Beautiful, convenient and ideal for a bit of luxury on a Disney/Universal holiday”

We had an immense stay at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. The hotel is stunning, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location for Disney — close enough to feel part of the magic, yet calm and luxurious. The staff were fantastic — genuinely warm and friendly. A special mention goes to Robert at the front of house, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. This guy needs a promotion! During our anniversary trip, my girlfriend accidentally lost her hair towel, which was likely picked up by housekeeping. Not only did the team replace it right away, but they also surprised us with champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a handwritten note — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly valued. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Disney who wants a luxury experience with Disney transport access but without staying in a Disney-owned resort.

This JW is very nice and appears on the newer side. It’s in a decent location if you have a car or transportation to the places you want to go (they do have a Disney shuttle). It’s tucked into the natural, lush landscape, which feels removed from the city. We had a king suite on the 9th floor with pool view. The views of the surrounding area through the wall to ceiling windows was great. They seem to hold a lot of conferences here. There is a nice 5K loop from hotel to end of road. The food (room service, poolside, Japanese restaurant) is okay. The best meal is probably their breakfast buffet…they do a great job with this! The staff is 5 star! Who ever manages this hotel runs it at the highest level. Housekeeping Anna, Lina, and crew were very professional in dealing with an issue. Spa was nice….could up their game with a hot tub and cold plunge. Overall, lovely upscale hotel for mature guests.
