Great family resort with a fun pirate ship water slide! Friendly staff, close to Disney World and Disney Springs. Overall we had a great experience.

496 apartments, from 8-15 floors, in 5 buildings all with lifts. 2-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 6 adults with a king-size bed in master bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom and double sleeper sofa in the living area. All apartments have a balcony, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, 42" TV screen and TV's in all bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchens with coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave and kettle; a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, safe, iron and board, en-suite facilities in the master bedroom with Jacuzzi bath and a 2nd bathroom and hairdryer.
3-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 8 adults with king-size beds in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, and 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom with a double sleeper sofa in the living area.

We stayed at this hotel back in 2022 and, whilst it was perfectly adequate, it was looking very tired and clearly in need of some refurbishment. We stayed at this hotel back in 2022 and, whilst it was perfectly adequate, it was looking very tired and clearly in need of some refurbishment. We returned in July/August 2025, mainly because of the good location for accessing Disney and Universal parks, and it seems as though no effort has been made to maintain or improve the hotel and facilities. The rooms are grubby and in need of a deep clean. The kitchen area and equipment needed a good clean before use. The dining and living area furniture was very old, uncomfortable and in some areas looked as though spillages hadn't been cleaned up properly. Also, on several mornings there was a strong smell of cannabis in the corridor outside of our room. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel is not very accommodating for late check outs or shower facilities. We had a late flight home and our only option was to pay $25 dollars each for a shower in the spa on the 4th floor (yet when we stayed in 2022 they allowed us to use the showers for a small discretionary payment).

Great Condo Hotel

We had an awesome time at the hotel. Florida weather and lightning causes the pirate pool to frequently close. Normally this happens after 3 PM. Next time we go, I will plan pool time early in the day and play-in-Orlando time later in the day!

Great place for families. Beautiful surroundings and rooms. Easy access to shopping, dining, wallmart, gas stations and Disney and universal theme parks.

Though we spent most of our time at the hotel on the very generous patio. Great value for the money!
Good food options, great access to both Disney and Universal, and local shopping areas.
My family has reminded me to keep this place marked down for any returns to Orlando.
