“One Night Quick Trip”

I stay at the World Center at least once a year and my most recent trip was just as good as all the previous trips. This time I took my four year old niece for the first time and during the lead up I was explaining about the glass elevators, the multiple pools, and game room. Let’s just say she was very excited. Louise who checked us in was great. My niece explained she was very excited for the elevators and Louise put us on the 26th floor. My niece loved the elevator “rides”. Louise also recognized my titanium status and provided us with a few bottles of water, one snack pack of gummies for my niece and one salty/sweet mix for me (the first time being offered this - maybe new?). Overall it was a good stay. The one small disappointment was the roll away bed which was in real need of a new mattress. A few years ago I needed a roll away and I remember the mattress being far superior. I still recommend the hotel for its proximity to the Walt Disney World resort and for the activities and amenities of the hotel itself.

“Charged extra for everything”

Almost nothing is included with resort fee that is mandatory. Water park onsite extra charge and mini golf extra charge. Mini golf is also extremely tiny not worth the $10 per person at all. None of this was told to us before or during booking. Self parking is very inconvenient parking shuttle is included but takes approximately 10 min round trip.

“Children”

Took my grandson there for water park on property. They should warn guest in advance children under 48 in can not ride slides. Not all lifeguards enforce this. We saw other children under 48in ride slides. We were stopped. He is six and a excellent swimmer. Very disappointed
