“It was good but parents need to take care of your kids”

The hotel is clean, nice restaurant a bit expensive but is in Orlando. I was with my grand kid at the play area and thanks God he told me to move some kids from the 11 or 12 floor throe two water bottles some other lady took a pictures of the boys it was very scare because the way it was if it hit anyone of us it can kill you. I went up to the room and never came out.

“Service isn’t good”

Wasn’t gonna leave a bad review on the terrible service of recreation staff , and the fact I had to sit trapped in my room for over an hour until my family and I decided to carry our 10 bags down ourselves 7 month pregnant despite needing a bellman who doesn’t answer the phones , but when they sent me a survey after my stay and the assistant director of front office sent me back some generic apology with typos and my name in all caps , I felt compelled. Youre literally just a number at this hotel. They don’t care about personalized service or making sure you have a stay specific to your needs at all. I came for an occasion and spent $4,000 and my anniversary wasn’t acknowledged at all despite pre arrival notes. Joseph M from recreation is terrible to deal with and snarky. Deja doesn’t know what a smile is. They have 3 pasta dishes on the ‘upscale’ Italian restaurant menu and literally 2 of the 3 are bolognese !! I could go on and on but they don’t care! The outdoor restaurant waiter was sitting at a table with his feet up when my family and I were waiting for our bill!! This was on March 17 check your cameras. People spend your $4,000 elsewhere where service is prioritized and their only response is “we hope to serve you better on your NEXT stay”

“Great hotel for families”

Great hotel for a family getaway. We arrived early morning after a red-eye flight - and they were able to check us in early so we can freshen up before we head out. The Guest Service Coordinator, Susan was attempting to make our stay special which we appreciated. The room was clean and decent size. The swimming pools were great - we had a lot of fun. (though we wish the height requirement was a little shorter for my daughter - 48in minimum is more than most roller coasters at amusement parks!) The lazy river was great with plenty of floaties available! It was nice to have a few dining options on the property. We did face a few issues but minor. 1. The shuttle to/from Disney parks - the shuttle buses do not have a big sign, and even if you reserve a spot, they don't check to make sure you are on the bus. We ended up taking an Uber back the first time we tried to catch the shuttle bus from one of the Disney Park, though we arrived 10 minutes early. We missed the bus - probably because they were not parked where the website said they would be, and the sign is so small. (We realized the location of pickup was not accurate the second time we tried to take the shuttle - we found out that our bus was not at the lane/spot that the website said.) 2. Our room was on the 21st floor but facing the pool, and we heard the music from the pool when we were trying to sleep. But it is understandable - some guests enjoy the pool at night with music. 3. I am a platinum member, and came with 2 complimentary continental breakfast. I wish they included kids complimentary breakfast too. We paid for our daughter's breakfast which she barely ate because she is only 5 years old.
