Excellent location and a great property . We first went here in 1994 and it hasnt lost its appeal . This time , We had family including two very young grandkids and were treated like royalty .A great spot for a family vacation with great service and friendly people. We will definitely be returning next year .

Here we go again! They NEVER disappoint. We wanted to make use of our Annual Disney Passes before they expire and decided on a quick Disney trip to one of our favorite hotels. We arrived and were placed in the most fabulous room! We were on the 12 floor and found out they have a designated elevator that only services floors 1, 2, 11 and 12! Meaning we waited 2 seconds for the elevator compared the to typical 10 seconds (elevators here are fast!). Our room also oversaw the pool and both firework shows (Epcot and Magic). What a view! Water slides here as I have mentioned before are amazing! They have a 3 slide area to the left, the main pool, a baby pool behind this with a kiddie slide and the water park that comes with a lazy river! Went to The Pantry and as always, the ladies there were so sweet and amazing. Great quick food options. The pizza is also amazing! Had this one night for the kids and we went to the lobby bar and ordered form the Sushi bar. (Delicious!). Pool restaurant is also really good for lunch and dinner by the pool. Ran into our housekeeper servicing 21230 on 5/3 who was SO SWEET! Went above and beyond and gifted our girls little Marriott bears. What a HUGE gesture! So much excitement and joy such little things bring kids. We left this morning on May 4th. We were overjoyed to find Jaqui was still at Longitude and Latitude (breakfast restaurant). We saw her maybe a year ago and she remembered us! She is so amazing. Such an attentive, sweet and caring person! The food here is also fabulous! We finished by going to the Starbucks for a little charge before hitting the road. My 4 year old dropped her cake pop. When we went to purchase a second one, the barista gave it on the house since they saw what happened. Such a kind gesture. Thank you Marriott World Center! Until next time! Read less

I had a fantastic check-in experience at the Marriott thanks to Shaon at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the process quick and seamless. Shaon went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by someone so friendly and helpful—he truly set the tone for a great stay!

We ate at the lobby bar. We had the thai food. it was awful. The service was marginal since we had to look for our server to get service. My wife got a headache from trying the noodles. She was hungry so had cheerios when she got home. paid $38.00 to park 3 hours. Probably never go back to this Marriott. Very DISAPPOINTING

Last year, our family visited this resort and had a wonderful experience. We returned for spring break and, on the eve of our departure, we were preparing to dine out. While applying lotion to my child, I noticed a bug crawling across the bed. I attempted to squash it with my flip flop, and my son remarked that it might be a bed bug, prompting me to examine it more closely. Upon further inspection, I called my husband to take a look, and he confirmed that it resembled a bed bug. He carefully trapped the bug in a glass and immediately presented it to the front desk. They offered to switch our rooms, which we accepted. However, no management representative spoke to us or apologized. We had to request a cart for our belongings, as none was provided. Allegedly, a third-party company was hired to investigate, and their assessment was negative. What does this mean? We can assure you that our home is bed bug-free, as we engage extermination services every other month due to our proximity to a marsh. Despite the pool area getting somewhat dirty at night, with water bugs present near the rocks,!our trip was satisfactory until this incident. The discovery of a bed bug in an upscale establishment like this was unexpected. An apology would have been appreciated, but instead, we were simply informed that the room tested negative for bed bugs. So it’s their word against ours. Are they going to clean or treat that room just because the bug was in there…or did they just turn it over to a new guest? How does this protect any of their guests? Shouldn't they take responsibility and ensure that their guests are protected? I have noticed bites on my thigh and left shoulder, which I initially attributed to mosquitoes, but now I wonder if they might be bed bug bites. I am disgusted and disappointed by the hotel's handling of this situation. Their lack of concern means we will not return next year. While I acknowledge that bed bugs can be a problem in many hotels, it is how the staff responds to the issue that matters. Read less
