“Signia never disappoints”

We came back for a little staycation at the Signia and always a good time here especially with family and all amenities especially the lazy pool and good weather it’s always a win here. I would like to thank all the people working here and very helpful from the from desk to the restaurants. I have to shoutout Carlene from the breakfast section who made amazing omelettes and our waiter during the two days we spent there Emerson was amazing and very helpful. Thank you everyone and keep this place feels like a paradise .

First review I’m ever leaving in my life but it’s important!! Run from here! This hotel is nice looking but horrible valet/bell service! I teach surgery around the country and I have never been to a hotel where ALL the bell men and baker have a nasty attitude!! Only one nice Latin guy who was really tall and big. We get out the car and have to walk to find a valet, then they don’t say hi, welcome or nothing just an attitude about the car!! Then I say I’m coming back down to dinner in 10 minutes I’ll need my car, they gave me an attitude for that! We had to take our own bags, 2 carry, and 3 checked bags and 3 backpacks all by ourselves because the bell man said we could not use the cart by ourselves that we had to have a bell person with us and no one was available for about 15 to 20 minutes. I could not wait because I had an important conference meeting to run to, but they did not care the least and said they were happy to let us carry your own bags.Horrible service!! The front desk never picks ups! There is no other number to call for valet, so if you need your car and you are calling from your room, but nobody picks up you are screwed if you get down there and there are a few people ahead of you I call because our toilet got clogged and 45 minutes later still no one has shown up. I call again still 20 minutes and nobody shows up. Finally we both have to use bathroom again so I find the housekeeper and she says “oh they came but u had the do not sit sign on your door🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️!! WTH!! If I call for service it shouldn’t matter if there is a sign on the door you should at least knock or call the front desk and have the front desk called the room, but instead they did nothing and left. No I will say the gentleman that came to fix the toilet was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. But that was messed up that we had to wait over an hour to get our toilet unclogged. The only hotel in my entire life where they have made me switch rooms because my particular room was booked by somebody else for my last night. There are 100 other rooms just like this one, but you make us move when the hotel is not sold out is just a very bad look! I did care about the price I offered to even pay more than what they were currently asking just to stay in the same room, nothing special about the room, but we were comfortable, and they said no. I got back tonight from a dinner meeting and there was no valet just some shady really mad guy walking around in regular looking clothes. I ask him do u know where valet is and he literally doesn’t say a word and puts his hand out. I look at him and ask are u the valet, all I get was a look and a little nod!! I ask him are you ok man you look mad, I got the dirties look for a second and then zero acknowledgement of what I said. I said have a good night brother and nothing! This place is horrible! The way you get treated from the second you arrive on a property will set the tone for the rest of your visit! Everyone, stick to Marriot or Intercontinental if you want to be treated right! Luxury is having a nice friendly stay with friendly service that makes you feel special! It’s not hard especially if you are in the customer service business. Avoid this property.!

Excellent service with Karima who directed us to various choices on menu The sea bass, ravioli, stone fruit salad, beet salad etc all delicious and the choice of desserts and beverages were superb . The olive bread , olive oil, and their latte was yummy too . Entire staff and Chefs excel. Fully enjoyed our experience at La Luce!
