“2 week stay! Lovely”

Beautiful relaxing hotel. Lovely amenities. Fast pass included for parks so that was good. Rooms lovely and clean and our cleaner taneka! Was amazing and she made our stay special. The only down fall I would say was that the hotel is so big it makes getting around a little more difficult. I would like the know how they get the lobby to smell that amazing 🤩 I would return in future.

Room was smaller than expected but the value here comes from the location and the fast passes, staff where super helpful and the water taxis where amazing bed was comfy so cant complain

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. It is lovely and clean with good facilities eg gym, pool area and easy access to Universal parks via boat taxi. However, it is very disappointing the staff can’t get small details right. When checking in I asked the receptionist not to put my card on file as we are staying in 6 different places and I didn’t want lots of pre-authorisation charges that are hard to keep track of. She said this was fine and I paid the car parking fee and 5th sleeper fee on card. The next morning I woke up to find they had pre authorised another fee! Unbelievable! The receptionist he charged my card again for the night for the car parking and bed I had already paid for. Also, when ordering from room service a 22% service charge is added as well as $5 delivery fee and the still expect a tip. I usually tip but not when a service fee and delivery charge is already added!
