I give All-Star Sports resort 5 stars for their category! As a local, we have stayed here many times. We had issues on occasion, but management did their best to fix everything in a timely manner. Here are the Pros and Cons... Pros- Affordable! Remember, no matter where you stay when going on a vacation, if you don't book early, you will always pay much more. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There is a small "beverage cooler" in each room (keeps items cool, but definitely not cold). The dining offered on site is like a big cafeteria. We have only ever had the breakfast at the hotel, but its great! Don't miss the Mickey Waffles! They also offer lots of grab and go items, such as salads, small cold sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, milk, cheese, chips, etc... as well as adult beverages that you can bring back to your room. The pool areas offer plenty of chairs and free towels for guests, adequately staffed with life guards and make the days lots of fun for kids with games and Disney music. There is also a playground and a huge open area where kids can run around and get out any remaining energy from the day! Another perk is complimentary transportation by bus to all the parks. Usually departing every 20-30 min. Cons- Rooms are relatively small. Think NYC hotel room small. Not much room to walk around when both double size beds are being used. (One is a Murphy bed style so it pulls down from the wall). Bathroom area is very small. Parking can be a challenge sometimes, which means a longer walk back to the room. Elevators are sometimes slow. Read less

Just arrived back from Disney all star sports resort. I scored this hotel average, this is because it was. House keeping came every other day, would like to think sheets changed every time but not sure as marks on pillow case that were still there after they had been. Apart from that room adequate and bed very comfortable. We only used our rooms as a base and spent most of our time either in parks or visiting cape canaveral, universal etc. So didn’t need a resort experience. Food awful, though to be honest as a family we didn’t enjoy any of the food any where, went to Disney springs a couple of times to ‘nice restaurants’ but were disappointed. But we did have a great holiday, the rides are amazing and that’s what you go for. I think as a base to enjoy the Disney experience this is a reasonable place to stay as has the perks of transport and early entry. Read less

Hello there! Otw home from a stay at All star Sports resort! Had serious issues with our room and I usually don’t do it but this trip I had 2 things (1 at the park and second one at the hotel) so In regards to hotel stay… we all know room is being cleaned every other day…mine wasn’t really ..they just tucked in dirty sheets and brought new crispy … (to the point it was scratching my eyelids) towels! At this point I have a feeling that sheets were not changed after previous guest because room smelled very bad and bedding was awful … me and my daughter had rush and my husband said he felt like he was getting bit by bugs… we were at building 8 at the back. I went to a front desk and spoke to a concierge who didn’t give a slight…. About my issues and seemed like she was rushing me out. There was no sorry no recommendations no let me see if I have a solution of any sort! Honestly clean towels so I could take a shower would be great! She didn’t take 1 note! And I’m just so tired I had 2 toddlers and we were at the park 7-10 everyday… she told me well if you checked in Thursday your room will be cleaned today..well today is day number 5 and I literally came to tell you I was checking out! Anyway I got more upset and while waiting on food started talking to a girl at a cafeteria she was very sweet and she took my phone number and told me she will give it to a cleaning/maintenance supervisor…I’m pretty sure how he called me and not thank to the front desk concierge! Anyway gentlemen called and he was super sweet! If anyone from management will ever care to read this message… please consider him for a promotion he was very sweet and he said he cares about our stay and he will make sure to go and take care on that room himself so future guests wouldn’t have same issues!!! Customer service at its finest!! Seriously great guy and then he said give me a minute I’ll call you back! He called back in two minutes and said he called front desk and asked if they could do anything for us and they told him to tell me they would give us half of one night stay!!! Like wow!! Last time I checked front desk management should have called me and tell me that themselves!!! He went out of his way to try and do something nice!!! Great guy! Front desk tho… didn’t care to speak to me when I was standing there and didn’t care calling to tell me they would refund me a half of a night stay! Out of 4 days being there! Disney should do better! All I wanted is to have a great time for the $$$$$ I paid! Instead I got rain every single day lol not disneys fault of course just my luck! Rush on my babies neck and my back from dirty sheets front desk ignoring me and rushing me out…at least I had this one guy who got out of his way and did someone else’s job! Promote cleaning personnel supervisor ( wasn’t his fault … something tells me he will correct that employee who messed up) and fire concierge girl and maybe tell your “front desk” people to call upset customers instead of making someone else do it! 90$ discount isn’t worth it! Choose AOA they are always great I never had any issues!!! I’ll update this review if any of the “front desk” supervisors will reach out! Something tells me they will not but who knows! Read less

We've stayed on Disney property several times over the years but this was out first time at one of the All-Stars. We chose this resort because of the Disney+ deal they were running this summer ($99/night through July for subscribers.) Pros: - Smaller property, so only one bus stop and it didn't take long to walk from our room (which was in one of the furthest buildings) to the main building and the bus stop. This alone was a big plus for us. - The food court on site has plenty of options and a large seating area. - We did not use the pools, but they looked fun and seemed big enough. - Everything was very clean and we slept well. They give you lots of pillows. Loved the shower. Cons: - While the room was very clean, it is very small. For the two of us it was fine (as the additional bed is a murphy bed so we never took it down and therefore had the extra space.) But if you would need the extra bed, it would be very, very tight. - We were tired enough every day that we slept well, but you will hear people walking around and chattering, playing on the fields in between buildings, etc. For the rate we were offered, it was a bargain, for sure. Our room in the Baseball section was clean, spacious (perfect for the two of us), and located at the back of the building facing the parking lot—which turned out to be incredibly quiet and peaceful. The pool in the Baseball area was amazing—refreshing and never crowded, even during peak hours. The food court offered a wonderful variety of delicious options, and everything we tried was great. We also really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the entire resort was. Even though this is considered an economy resort, it absolutely felt top notch. The Cast Members were friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. The gift shop had a fantastic selection of merchandise, and the transportation was smooth—buses were always clean and ran efficiently. We would not hesitate to stay here again. A great value and a truly magical experience! Read less
