Offering home-from-home style options, Disney's Beach Club Resort Villas are situated on the sparkling 25-acre lake near Disney’s Hollywood Studios and just a leisurely stroll from EPCOT. Offering you the option to spread out in your villa, and dine indoors after a busy day, the villas and studios are more spacious and private, but with all the facilities at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club resorts on your doorstep. Most noticeable of these is the mini water park Stormalong Bay, featuring a sand bottom pool, water slides, a lazy river and whirlpools - keeping the little ones happy when you're not at the parks, and giving you time to chill in the sun too. Why not reserve a poolside cabana for extra comfort, or head to Hurricane Hanna's for a frosty beverage! There's loads of other dining options for the family to enjoy too, with a highlight being the character breakfast at Cape May Cafe. Staying here, you're located right next to the marina where, in addition to renting boats to sail around Crescent Lake, you can board a ferryboat for direct transportation to EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s BoardWalk (which is perfect for an evening out, close by!).

Getting Around

Use of the Walt Disney World Resort Transportation System is included in your stay: Hotel is within easy walking distance to EPCOT, and is a short stroll from the Disney Skyliner Transportation for easy access to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. There is Disney Water Transportation to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios, and bus transportation throughout the resort.

First time staying at beach club and as we are a dvc family using points, we stayed in the dvc villas building. The hotel is lovely with beautiful theming throughout. The dvc building felt special with wonderful public seating area and a peaceful pool away from the hustle of the main pool. It was an easy few minutes walk to the main building and the marketplace. Our room was perfect, so much space and spotless. All the staff were wonderful, kind and attentive. We loved our stay and would definitely go back. Especially because of the 5 minutes walk to Epcot international gateway.

We loved staying here recently! The location on the quieter side of the Boardwalk can’t be beaten for being able to walk to Epcot and the Skyliner, and Hollywood Studios is also a pleasant stroll along the river, although this takes 25mins or so. It’s also great for visiting some of our favourite Disney restaurants such as The Yachtsman and Trattoria al Forno. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and loved it - we had so much space and a view of the Epcot geosphere from our room, which was very cool to watch at night. Had we been a floor up I expect we’d have been able to see the fireworks over the tops of the trees. Nowhere in the resort felt like a long walk from anywhere, and the gathering spaces in the DVC wing are great - we played a few games of pool one day and table football by the quiet pool another. All of the staff members we encountered were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

“Enjoyable stay at Disney's Beach Club Villas (DVC)”

Enjoyable stay in an excellent Deluxe Villa room. We were in room 419. This was a great location that provided easy access. The room was typical for DVC Deluxe Villa. we had a good view of the villa pool. There was some minor noise (mostly a hum) from the elevator, but otherwise was quiet. The room was across from the laundry room. Service was excellent. We used the quick service restaurant and ate at Cape May Cafe. We received daily trash service and had plenty of clean towels available to use. Coffee was refreshed and we had sufficient paper plates and plastic silverware. In room coffee service is a Keurig with Walt Disney World branded K-Cups. Mid week we also had towel service. Bus service to the theme parks was timely and problem free. During busy times the bus went directly to Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Service to Typhoon Lagoon was cumbersome -- a transfer at Disney Springs was required both directions and required going through Disney Springs security before transferring to the bus. We used the Skyliner several times to and from Disney's Hollywood Studios and also walked to the park. On the night if Disney After Hours at DHS, we returned to the resort with boat service. Highlights of this resort are the amazing architecture and theming, comfortable rooms, easy walk to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, excellent pool and other resort amenities. There is considerable exterior construction currently going on (August 2025), but it had minimal impact on our stay.
