Studios and Villas, all with private balcony, air-conditioning, cable TV with Disney Channel, safe, mini-fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Deluxe Studios feature a kitchenette with small fridge and microwave, and 1 queen-suze bed, 1 double-size sleeper sofa and 1 single pull-down bed, sleeping maximum 5 people.

Please note: Both room types can be booked with resort view - which will offer views of the grounds of parking area, garden or pool view, or Boardwalk view.

Getting Around

Use of the Walt Disney World Resort Transportation System is included in your stay: Hotel is within easy walking distance to EPCOT, and is a short stroll from the Disney Skyliner Transportation for easy access to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. There is Disney Water Transportation to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios, and bus transportation throughout the resort.

“Excellent stay”

Stayed for a week in a 1 bedroom villa/apartment. Check in very smooth and got 1st visit badge at reception ! Villa/ apartment was pristine. Immaculately clean + was serviced daily. Kitchen was fully functional and everything worked well. Air Con excellent !! 👌 Bed in bedroom and pull down bed in living area both comfortable. Bathroom areas huge + huge space for hanging clothes and storing suitcases. Transport to Epcot and HS via boat regular and so convenient. Buses to.other parks also convenient and don't make any other stops ! I was impressed. Handy to come back to resort midday if you want. Pool areas nice. Only thing my LO mentioned is that slide into pool has grooves in it so wasn't comfortable to come down as it is bumpy rather than smooth. Restaurants around Boardwalk a bit high brow - apart from take away pizza.

“Great location”

Great location for both Epcot (walk or boat) or Hollywood Studios (walk, boat or even skyliner). Incredibly helpful staff. Ask for a room near the elevators or you may have a long walk to your room. The quiet pool is lovely. Nice coffee shop (shuts at 3pm) for a quick croissant etc at breakfast. We will definitely visit again.

“Not my favorite Disney resort”

We recently stayed at the Boardwalk Villas. While the trip was fine, the resort did not wow me like AKL and others have done in the past. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The location is convenient to Epcot and HS. Boat service to HS is shared with YC, BC, and Swan/Dolphin. Bus to AK is shared with Yacht & Beach Club. MK bus was not shared. There are 3 strikes to this location for me which may not matter to someone else, but will prevent me from returning: 1-Mug refills are only at the Boardwalk Deli outside of the resort 2-There are no traditional breakfast items like Mickey waffles available for breakfast at the QS location, only bagels 3-The hot tubs’ jets seemed very weak like they needed maintenance and the DVC hot tub seemed very dirty, which was unexpected at the price point for this resort
