“No cleaning, bar closed,....”

This hotel is very bad, not a 4 stars renaissance at all! We asked for cleaning every day and it's not done. Be careful as they close bar and restaurant day before the writing time when they don't have customers... I was staying on a suite but I will never comeback here! You have way better and cheaper hotel in Orlando! I'm used to Renaissance hotel all over the world and this one is the worst ever!

“Wonderful Hotel for all kinds of guests”

I stayed here for a week for a conference. Check in process was very smooth and quick. This is a very busy hotel with many different clients...the sightseers, business people, amusement park families, etc. It was busy but never felt chaotic. LOVE the 24 hour store off the main lobby, it seriously has so many options, whatever you are looking for, 24 hours a day. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. My view was of the conference room roof but it was ok. Helpful staff all around. The conference rooms were well lit and comfortable, bring a jacket or sweater. The pool was delightful. Loved that there was a separate space for the kiddos with slides and splash pad. The center of the hotel is completely open and beautiful. Great gift shop and restaurant also. Starbucks coffee shop too. I would happily stay here anytime!

Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld hotel has a great location close to Orlando attractions. The property has a nice pool area with a small water park that's great for families. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Our room was clean but on the smaller side but comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast, The lobby bar and on-site restaurants were convenient after a long day. The downside is that it can get busy during peak times, and the pool area fills up quickly.
