“A Place Worth Visiting”

We had an amazing stay at Avani+ Fares Maldives! The island is beautiful, with crystal-clear waters, white sand and lots of marine life. One of the highlights was being able to see sharks swimming in the ocean, which made the experience even more memorable. Our water villa was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the turquoise water every morning was truly unforgettable. Plus, the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. Every single staff member we met was warm, welcoming and friendly. A special thank you to Leesha, our host, for taking such great care of us throughout our stay and making everything so easy. Thank you as well to Murray for keeping our room spotless every day, and to Vina, who was a friendly face eager to chat with us. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We would highly recommend this resort!

“More than a Holiday, a place of extraordinary people”

Our stay at Avani+ Fares Maldives was nothing short of extraordinary. We came looking for a place to relax and play together as a family, but we left with so much more than beautiful fun memories. We left with a full cup and full hearts after meeting some of the kindest people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the hostess with the mostess, and the most infectious smile Leesha. Her warmth, kindness and genuine care set the tone for our entire stay. She lovingly looked after our every need and made everything feel effortless. We didn’t have to lift a finger, and she made us feel so incredibly valued from day one and nothing was an issue. The food throughout the resort was exceptional. Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared and there was an incredible variety of dishes and a few restaurants to choose from. A very special thank you goes to Chef Natalia and her amazing team, Amjad, Ewan, Ubaid and Rohan. Our family has multiple food allergies, and ensured every meal was safe for us and delicious. Their attention to detail, care and understanding gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every dining experience. My kids were so grateful for the waffles, pancakes, crepes, deserts and chocolate chip cookies that they usually don’t get to enjoy. The team at Ocean Terrace absolutely made our mornings and dinners. Modex, and his team Maud, Simmah, Ibbe and Jade, surprised and delighted us every single day with their warmth, friendliness and genuine hospitality. They always had our favourite breakfast table outside set and ready for us to eat. One of our favourite memories was Maldivian buffet night, when Modex organised a beautifully prepared table right at the front of the live music stage. It was the perfect spot, allowing us to get up and dance to every song. It’s a memory we’ll treasure forever. Modex really went above and beyond. A heartfelt thank you to Abo, who looked after our villa each day and cleaned with such care. He always greeted us with a big smile. Our kids absolutely adored the Kids Club, thanks to Carline and her wonderful team. They really genually loved and cared for our children. They took the time to get to know them, remembering their interests (especially their love of cheetahs!) and making every visit feel personal and special. As parents, there is no greater gift than knowing your children are so well cared for and safe. The AvaniSpa deserves every bit of praise. Ashna and her incredible team have created something truly special. The spa itself is breathtaking, peaceful and beautifully maintained, but it was the exceptional treatments and attention to every little detail that kept us coming back…we visited three times during our stay! It became a sanctuary for our whole family and such a wonderful reset for our nervous systems. The kindness shown by the team touched us deeply. They gifted our kids beautiful necklaces and wrote the most heartfelt card acknowledging the difficult journey our family has been through. It was such an unexpected act of compassion that we’ll never forget. It’s these moments of genuine kindness that don’t just change someone’s day, they stay with them for life. We also thoroughly enjoyed dining at Skipjack, where Taupik, Ohiem, Vina and Maiz always made us feel so welcome. We shared many lovely conversations with them, and every meal was accompanied by warm smiles and outstanding service. They truly made every dining experience memorable. One of the unexpected highlights of our trip happened on our final day when we visited the island’s organic garden. The garden manager generously took time out of his day to give us a personal tour, sharing his passion and knowledge about what they are creating there. We were blown away by the resort’s commitment to growing organic fruits and vegetables, caring for the health of their guests and protecting the island’s environment. It was inspiring to see such dedication, and we learned so much from him. Avani+ Fares is undoubtedly the most beautiful resort with every thing you need. Some other highlights were the giant pool which our kids loved and we’re literally in there for hours, the most beautiful reef we have ever ever snorkelled in, snorkeling with manta rays, enjoying the most beautiful sunsets, even fitting in a workout at the gym, which had the best equipment. But what truly makes it exceptional is its people. They don’t simply provide outstanding service, they create meaningful connections, show genuine kindness and make you feel seen and cared for. We left feeling deeply rested, with our cups full and our hearts overflowing with gratitude. Our family created memories we’ll cherish forever, not just because of the stunning island, but because of the extraordinary people. Beautiful island, great staff, or room was comfy and spacious. The complimentary food and beverage there were wonderful. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner was delicious. You should choose your spices , and sauces accordingly.
