    The adult-only Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa offers a truly serene atmosphere in idyllic island surrounds. Beach Villas and Water Villas are scattered around the island, allowing for peace and tranquility aplenty. Upgrade to a Overwater Villa with Swirl Pool and you’ll have your own private outdoor spa bathtub. Down at the beach is an oceanfront pool and well-being area, aptly named as you’ll feel very well indeed here. You can also spoil yourself to a treatment or two at the Spa Cenvaree, a blissful sanctuary offering Thai massage as well as ancient Ayurvedic treatments to banish any lingering cares. With the resort in such a great location there's a plethora of stunning scuba diving sites, amongst the Maldives’ most sought-after spots, reached within 20 minutes by dhoni. There’s also snorkelling and both non-motorised and motorised water sports to tempt you. Island dining is a treat at the Centara with several superb restaurants to choose from. Oceans Restaurant serves International, Asian and daily themed buffets while Al Khaimah features an authentic Bedouin tent with Middle Eastern-style grilled meats to feast on and Arabic delights. Alternatively, dine Italian style at La Brezza or on Thai fare at Suan Bua, two speciality restaurants that overlook the beachfront pool. Overwater Viu Bar is one of the highlights of the resort and deservedly so, its circular shape and oversized hammock seating affording unobstructed ocean views. There’s also a very popular pool bar to while away an hour or two, sipping on exotic cocktails.

    First of all the staff were lovely. I can’t fault them. But the island is poor by Maldives standards. The beach is very small. There are no fish, even on the house reef. The food is mediocre. The views are truly dreadful. A building site just across the water. And they are just not set up for groups of lore than two! In the restaurant we asked to push tables together and was initially told no! The food in the main restaurant is poor but the Al a carte Arabian and Thai were very good. However you tire of these after a while. The beach villas have a dozen sunbeds in front of them so not exactly exclusive. We were upgraded to the beach villas with a whirlpool bath which are worse. There is a concrete wall in front of you. So we complained and were all upgraded to water villas which was very good service. As mentioned the staff were great. But in the evenings, there is nowhere for a group of five to sit. They do have a bar where you can do this but they have karaoke etc in there and the volume is beyond ridiculous. The disco on there was the same. Only the DJ was jigging around. The average age is in the 50’s and they’re playing rave music! Read the crowd! The disco on the beach was the same. So loud as to be unbearable and the same dance music. Apart from the odd 20 something influencer, nobody was dancing! Via bar was the same. Only set up for couples. No way for a family of five to sit together. The one thing I can say that was excellent was the shark swimming visit. That was out of this world. So overall very poor. The staff were kind and helpful. But there are way better resorts. Read less

    We have had a lovely time at the resort and Amirul has been an exceptional part of the housekeeping team through the service provided. He has made my husbands birthday extra special by decorating the bed with handcrafted coconut leaves and flowers.
