“Heaven on Earth”

We stayed here for a week from 27th June, and I can honestly say it was the most incredible holiday we've ever had. I don't think any holiday will ever compare. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a Superior Ocean View Room, which was stunning. Waking up to those views every morning was a dream. It was the little touches that really made the experience special. On arrival we were greeted with iced towels, made to feel so welcome, and treated like valued guests from the very beginning. The staff simply couldn't do enough for us. Every single member of the team was friendly, attentive and genuinely cared that we were having the best time. When it was time to leave, the reception staff held up a banner thanking us for staying and wishing us a safe journey. It actually made me cry – such a thoughtful gesture that summed up the warmth and kindness of everyone there. The location is truly heaven on earth. Watching the surfers was amazing, and the wildlife was incredible. The fish and marine life were out of this world, and the snorkelling was one of the highlights of our trip. The speedboat transfer from the airport was quick and easy too, so we were in paradise in no time. The food was delicious. There was a great selection of curries for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with plenty of other options. The only small point I'd mention is that there wasn't a huge variety for children, although they do have to cater for guests from many different nationalities. The snack bar always had French fries available, and when I asked in the restaurant, they happily made some especially for us, which was another example of the fantastic service. The resort itself was immaculate. The sandy paths were swept constantly throughout the day by the wonderful housekeeping team, and everywhere was beautifully maintained. Please don't let the negative reviews put you off. We genuinely have nothing bad to say about our stay. It exceeded every expectation, and we loved every single minute of it. We can't wait to return one day.

We had an amazing stay!The amenities and services were top class!The rooms were cleaned twice a day and completed with water,soft drinks,beers ,fresh towels, all kind of kits and creams. The beach is very tidy and well organised, fully equiped with wooden sun beds,matresses and towels,nice umbrellas. The main atteaction of the beach remains The Beach Bar,where you can try every kind of cocktails, mocktails ,fresh juices or ice coffees! The bartenders are amazing and very helpful and always smiling to the customers,every day trying to put a smile on our faces! Thank you so much Rafiqul and Moklesh ,the top bartenders!

From the moment we arrived, Neekko welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. She took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Hiruni introduced us to the restaurant and made sure everything was perfect. Bkagya, Jaleel, Ismail, and the entire restaurant team were outstanding. Debi prepared the most amazing breakfasts every morning, and the food was excellent. Sattar was always so friendly at the beach, greeting us with a smile and helping with the towels and sun beds. The housekeeping team, gardeners, maintenance staff—every single person we met greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel special. The thoughtful gift at the end of our stay was such a wonderful surprise. In all our years of traveling, we have never received such a heartfelt farewell gift. This was the first holiday where we actually cried when it was time to leave. That says everything about how special this resort is. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you to every single member of your team for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return one day!
