Incredible experience, an island that makes you feel like family. The hospitality, inclusiveness, kindness, and helpfulness are exceptional. Its strong point is the five restaurants led by Chef Moreno (in my opinion, worthy of a Michelin star), where the food is divine and you’re "pampered" every single day. The only downside is the large number of guests from China, whose cultural behavior unfortunately affects the atmosphere of this wonderful resort. We’ll definitely come back next year.

The Emerald Faarufushi is quite simply magical. I actually think that Patrick is a magician given his ability to create a perfect paradise. There are so many ways that the Emerald Faarufushi is perfect! We booked the holiday a year before we arrived so we had been looking forward to it for a long time.
- when we arrived to a welcome glass of champagne, I knew this was the place for me!
- the room - wow! We had an overwater villa with a pool - just magnificent and enormous! We spend a lot of the day in our own pool! Also there is a reef just off the room so we could practically snorkel from bed!
- the food - Chef Moreno is a genius - the truffle mash is a memory that will live on! And the palak paneer - heaven on a plate!
- restaurants - we have stayed in the Maldives before and wanted a better choice of restaurants this time - Emerald Faarufushi was perfect - not too many but a bit of choice. Our favourite was Mediterreano for the food and sublime setting.
- Emerald Faarufushi colleagues - who are all amazing there are too many to name but a special thanks must go to Elite our villa host who could not do enough for us! And made the stay perfect - even finding me a blue bag rather than green as blue is my favourite! Also Ammy from Asiatique - the most amazing service in a stunning setting (and the food - wow!!).
- Eclipse Bar - we were amazing that it was not busier as it is quite simply a magical setting at sunset. A must do is the cocktail masterclasses and mixology with Runack. Also his amazing welcome every night.
- the Dive centre - we booked a number of excursions but the absolute standout was the double location snorkelling - literally like the live version of Finding Nemo!
- stargazing - if you like stargazing this is the perfect place!
- dolphins - we saw so many! Not just on the dolphin trip but just sat at the bar at night - what could be more magical.
I cannot thank Emerald Faarufushi enough for the most perfect stay - it is not worth 5 stars - at the very least 100! Quite simply sublime perfection.

I'm quite satisfied with the whole trip.nice place and nice people.Our butler Doria is very nice.she is beautiful and friendly.She has helped us a lot！！Snorkeling instructors are also very nice！They gave us a strong sense of security！！If I have the chance, I will definitely come back！

This was our 5th time visiting the Maldives and the first time to this resort. We cannot speak more highly of the staff at Emerald, to every person who looked after us, your level of service was exceptional and you should feel very proud of the fact you made our stay very special. I am not going to name names because that would be unfair for anyone we had missed off a very long list! Stunning location, great snorkling, amazing food, not to mention the extensive wine list, combined with the level of service you gave us.....best resort we have ever visited.
