Where is it

In the Raa Atoll, this 20-hectare island is surrounded by 1.5km of soft sand. Transfer time from Malé International Airport: 40 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person).

80 Beach and Overwater villas. All with air-conditioning, satellite TV, iPod docking station, WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities and daily refreshed mini-bar. Beach Villas have an open-air bathroom and private furnished patio with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Deluxe All-Inclusive includes: breakfast (at Aqua), lunch (at Aqua and Beach Club Grill), and dinner (at Aqua, Beach Club Grill, Carnivorous, Mediterraneo and La Asiatique). Selected premium branded drinks, including spirits, international beers, international wines, cocktails and signature drinks, plus soft drinks including in-house mineral water.

Beach Villas with Pool have a front-row access to Faaruhushi’s white-sand beach, and a private covered patio with lounge furniture, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ideal for families the Family Beach Villa with Pool have a separate twin bedroom, as well as 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Water Villas with Pool are located along Faarufushi’s jetty, and feature a patio over the sea plus a private infinity pool with direct access to the water, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Sunset Water Villas with Pool are located along Faarufushi’s jetty, and feature a private covered patio with lounge furniture, private infinity pool, and direct access to the water, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults

Superior Water Villas with Pool are located at the end of jetty, and have a private infinity pool, patio over the sea, lounge area, bedroom with walk-in closet, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

What impressed us most was the genuine kindness of every staff member we encountered — from the restaurants to the spa to the housekeeping team. Their sincere hospitality added so much value to our experience. The resort offers a variety of complimentary programs such as yoga, cocktail classes, and snorkeling with mantas, which made each day feel fresh and exciting. The restaurants also deserve a special mention — from Mediterranean cuisine to Asian fusion, every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. We had a perfect honeymoon in Emerald Faarufushi for 5 days. All staffs are very kind and friendly, food and drinks are also wonderful. Especially I'd like to say thanks to the villa host Aslan, dive coach Miru, and waiter in Beach grilled club Erzhan.

We had wonderful honeymoon in Emerald Faarufushi. The services was so good and the staffs were so friendly. And the diving center coach activities were so amazing. I’d like to thank our villa host who named Aslan and the diving coach who named Miru. We enjoyed our time so well.

Greeted with excellent service and hospitality as we landed at the airport, and the level of service never went down until we checked out. Stayed in the water villas - bathroom smell ed a little but the smell was cleared out every time housekeeping was done. Housekeeping done twice a day was enough to keep the villa pleasant. Greeted with excellent service and hospitality as we landed at the airport, and the level of service never went down until we checked out. Stayed in the water villas - bathroom smell ed a little but the smell was cleared out every time housekeeping was done. Housekeeping done twice a day was enough to keep the villa pleasant. All staff were nice and offered help on the way, one staff saw me fall down from the rented bike and instantly offered me a smaller bike. The smaller bike was delivered within 30 mins. There is a doctor in the resort who was helpful to give me medicines for digestion. Special thanks to FAYA our butler - Super responsive on Whatsapp for any reservation requests or queries. He would also pop up out of nowhere, whether we are having dinner at the beach or lunch somewhere else and check in with us if everything is going well! Thank you for making the stay flawless. A little room for improvement in scheduling seaplanes when flying back to the airport after check-out, because we were stuck inside the hot and stuffy seaplane for 40 mins before departing due to luggage overload issue. But overall highly recommend this resort!!! Read less
