In the Raa Atoll, this 20 hectare island is surrounded by 1.5km of soft sand. Transfer time from Malé International Airport: 30 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person).

All with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, flatscreen TV, WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities, daily refreshed mini-bar, walk-in and al fresco ‘under the stars’ showers, two-person bathtub, walk-in closet, hairdryer, bathrobes and safe. Beach Villas are 176m2, and have a private garden, covered and open patios with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Deluxe All-Inclusive: includes breakfast (at Aqua), lunch (at Aqua and Beach Club Grill), and dinner (at Aqua, Beach Club Grill, and at La Asiatique and Amazònico with reservation required), plus snacks (at Sunset Bar Living & Pool Area); set menus are included (additional menu choices available at a supplement). Room service available at a supplement. Mini-bar including selected wines, beers, soft drinks, in-house bottled water, and snacks (refilled once daily). Selected Super-Premium branded drinks, including spirits, international beers, international wines, and unlimited cocktails and signature drinks, plus soft drinks including in-house mineral water. “Our Second Stay Here Was Exceptional”

This was our second stay at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa, and once again the experience was outstanding. Coming back truly felt like returning to a place that already feels like home — calm, beautiful, and perfectly managed. Special Thanks Our butler Wisham deserves the highest praise. He handled everything quickly and efficiently — spa bookings, restaurant reservations, and even arranging a villa change when the first one didn’t suit us. His professionalism and speed made our stay incredibly comfortable. Our favorite waiter Areej made every breakfast special. He brought me fresh strawberries and blueberries every morning — a small gesture, but it showed so much care and attention. Chef Alok also made a huge difference in our stay. He truly puts his heart into elevating the dining experience across all the restaurants on the island. If something wasn’t perfect, he immediately adjusted it and made sure every guest left happy. I personally love sashimi, and he always brought me the freshest pieces — it was a highlight every single day. Thank you, Chef. Overall Experience We also really appreciated the activities and entertainment. The sunset parties are always fun, the gala dinner is beautifully organized, and the lunches with live music create such a warm, lively atmosphere. It keeps the island from ever feeling boring — a big thank you to the hotel management for that. If there’s anything to fine-tune, it would be the live band. Two years ago we personally enjoyed their style a bit more, but this isn’t a disadvantage — just a small note from our previous visit. We genuinely love this resort, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

This experience is incomparable, satisfying my imagination of the Maldives. When I first knew about the Maldives when I was a child, I yearned for it very much. I took this place as the first stop when I planned my honeymoon. I was worried that poor English would affect the experience, but my housekeeper friend Ameen patiently communicated with us and generously provided us with 24-hour service. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back here. White sand and emerald sea, warm friends and good memories.
