Ocean Villas have direct step access to the ocean from the private sundeck. Private en-suite bathroom and 1 king-size or twin-sized bed and over-sized day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.

Pool Beach Villas are larger in size than standard Beach Villas and feature their own private plunge pool and have 1 King-sized bed and an over-sized daybed. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.

Family Beach Villas are generously sized and have direct beach access. They have a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath, jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The first room features a King-sized bed and an oversized day bed and the second bedroom features twin beds and an oversized day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Family Pool Beach Villas are slightly larger in size than the Family Beach Villa and have the same sleeping arrangements and bathroom amenities, with the addition of a private plunge pool on the sundeck. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Ocean Suites with Infinity Pool are a luxurious experience, featuring direct step access to the ocean and private infinity pool. Rooms feature private en-suite bathroom with bath tub and have 1 King-size bed. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.

Ocean Residence with Infinity Lap Pool is the largest room type available at nearly 300sq metres. This suite includes a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath tub on both floors, two king-sized beds and a single bed. Sleeps a maximum 6 adults with an additional bed.

Book it! Our honeymoon was absolutely unforgettable—hands down one of the best experiences of our lives. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless, relaxed, and so special, even getting our phones on the WiFi, sorting time zone and creating easy WhatsApp chat for us while we sipped champagne! A huge thank you to our amazing butler Kunal, who took care of everything with such kindness and attention to detail. He made our stay completely stress-free and was always one step ahead, going above and beyond, and most importantly always with great humour! We also have to shout out Shashi and Travin at the bar - what a team! They made us feel so welcome, always up for a laugh, and even learned how to make our favourite cocktails from home, amazing! So much fun and happy memories in a beautiful space with beautiful people. The entire team at Banni are a special group of people — every single waiter was friendly, attentive, and made each meal feel really special. We always looked forward to dining there and look forward to being back! We had so many lovely moments, from fun games of pool in the evening to amazing snorkelling adventures right off the beach in the house reef. Every day brought something new and memorable. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate our honeymoon. Thank you to everyone who made it so personal, warm, and full of joy. 5 stars all the way! Real heaven on Earth

This place is real heaven. It was our dream holiday that exceeded our expectations. After a long flight from Prague we were invited in the resort by very kind staff of the hotel and from the first moment our butler Kunal was taking perfect care of us, being always ready to help us and arrange anything we wished. He was always kind, helpful, smiling and making our stay much more special. We really miss him at home! Because our son has a strong allergy on nuts, we were little bit afraid to travel so far (although this resort has own doctor who lives on the island). We were surprised that on the day of our arrival all the staff in the restaurant were already informed before we came for our first meal and were very helpful and also gave us the option to prepare special meals for our son if needed. That we really appriciated. Although the hotel was about 70-80% full, we never had a feeling that there are many people around, on the other hand we often wondered where everyone was, because there was so few or no people on the beach and restaurants were never crowded, sometimes almost empty. Beach was clean with white sand and ocean plesantly warm with astonishing colours. There are not so much / big corals arount the island as we expected. So we definitely recommend to buy a trip for snorkeling or try the diving experience, because that was awesome. It can look a little bit expensive, but not many people are going for this, so at the end it can be easily a private snorkeling or diving without any extra charge. There was a Chinese lady at the KAITO waters sports (don't remember her name, but there is only one) that made me absolutely comfortable with the first diving of my life. She is amazing! We stayed at Beach Pool Villa with a small private pool and that is something we would definitely recommend. The water in the pool was colder than the ocean so it helped us to cool down a little bit anytime we needed it and our son loved it :-) The villa was beautiful, cleaned twice a day with minibar refilled also twice a day. The outside shower was awesome. The only thing that was little bit uncomfortable was the noise from the fridge, air conditioning and the water filtration for the pool. It was sometimes quite hard to set the air condition for comfortable temperature during night so we wouldn't freeze :-) There were several restaurants serving a lot of great meals from different parts of the world, wonderful desserts, lots of fruits and vegetables. You can also drink as many of champagne as you wish or drinks or coctails made from world brands. Staff of the hotel were absolutely awesome. Always smiling, friendly, kind and helpful. Thay have to work very hard many hours a day but they never give you the feeling they feel tired or that you bother them. Something that we've never seen before during any of our vacations. We would like to especially mention skillfull bartender Anurag from Ralu chill bar who also performs the fire show, very kind waiter Deepak from Ralu restaurant and I also have to mention A-Jay from Ambula fusion restaurant who's patience and passion upgraded the experience from this Michelin style restaurant to another level! We can definitely recommend this resort and it's worth every dollar you spend on your vacation. Hopefully we will have a chance to visit this place again soon. Read less

The best restaurant is Ralu and the Bandhi pool is the most comfy space for us. The room and the service really good 👍🏻 The price for the water sport could be lower and the duration of fishing activities could be longer and could increase the options for food.

The most incredible honeymoon

We’ve just come back from our honeymoon at Heritance…we have no words to describe our trip! Just amazing. Look no further when booking your Resort in the Maldives. It’s beautiful in every way, spotlessly clean and outstanding scenery. We arrived to some rainy weather (not expected in peak season!), but were taken to the lovely Seaplane lounge whilst we waited for our departure to the island. Immediately upon arrival, our butler Preetham gave us both a glass of Champagne and the weather became irrelevant! Luckily, it was just 2 nights of rain and then glorious sunshine for the remainder of our 9 night stay. Preetham was outstanding and really made our stay - every single detail he took care of - polite, attentive and always shared with us the latest information and excursions for the day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no problem couldn’t be solved (from Spa treatments to picking us up whenever and wherever!) thank you for everything you did for us. We were lucky enough to stay in the Ocean suites, we couldn’t recommend this experience more - from the incredible dinner menu to the infinity pool. The reefs for snorkelling outside the room were just amazing! We would recommend a two-part trip with this and the ocean / beach villa. The food was amazing throughout the stay - and quality of drink is the most premium to anywhere I’ve stayed before - all fresh ingredients and top brands. Everyone at Heritance can’t do enough for you. The rooms are also beautiful with everything you need - so clean and fantastic products / little touches like Bluetooth speakers etc. The scenery around the island is stunning, takes around 30 mins to walk round. Would also recommend the night fishing - surprisingly fun! And pay the supplements for the restaurants, they’re worth it! Thank you Pratheem and Heritance for making our honeymoon unforgettable!
