Heritance Aarah is a luxurious resort in the secluded and picturesque islands of the Raa Atoll. Offering it's visitors pristine, golden beaches and beautifully clear turquoise waters, this resort brings to life everything you expected the Maldives to be from the moment you step foot off your seaplane transfer. The resort features a variety of different accommodation options such as Beach Villas that provide direct access to stretches of heavenly Indian Ocean and more luxurious such as overwater villas and suites, each with direct step access to the beautiful blue waters from your private sun deck. There's also a mix of sumptuous cuisines for you to indulge in from sunrise to sunset and with premium all-inclusive you can enjoy all your favourite drinks to with each culinary masterclass.  This resort is jampacked full of amenities on both land and sea, making it the perfect location for couples and families alike, the resort offers an array of recreational activities, such as snorkelling, diving, football, tennis and even excursions to nearby islands, allowing guests to work up a sweat, explore the vibrant underwater world or just enjoy the natural beauty of the Maldives. The resort offers a tranquil spa where you can indulge in a range of therapeutic treatments and massages so you can really unwind and leave the stresses of back home behind.

Where is it

Within the scenic Raa Atoll. Transfer time from Malé International Airport: 40 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 25kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person).

Hotel information

150 suites, ocean villa and land villas. All with flat-screen TV, safe, Marshall bluetooth speaker, WiFi access, mini-bar, tea/coffee-making facilities and espresso machine. Beach Villas have direct access to the beach from the private sundeck and separate en-suite bathroom with bath and outdoor shower. Featuring 1 king-size bed, sleeping a maximum of 3 adults. 


Premium All-Inclusive: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at all restaurants (Hathaa dining will be subject to an additional supplement, Baani dining is for Ocean Suite and Ocean Resident guests only). Mini-bar replenished twice daily. Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine/champagne* on arrival. Two complimentary bottles of water, per day. Two bottles of spirits selected by the guest added to the in-villa mini bar daily. In villa dining**. Cooking classes. Cocktail masterclasses. Ice cream, candy and cocktails.

Ocean Villas have direct step access to the ocean from the private sundeck. Private en-suite bathroom and 1 king-size or twin-sized bed and over-sized day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.

Pool Beach Villas are larger in size than standard Beach Villas and feature their own private plunge pool and have 1 King-sized bed and an over-sized daybed. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.

Family Beach Villas are generously sized and have direct beach access. They have a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath, jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The first room features a King-sized bed and an oversized day bed and the second bedroom features twin beds and an oversized day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Family Pool Beach Villas are slightly larger in size than the Family Beach Villa and have the same sleeping arrangements and bathroom amenities, with the addition of a private plunge pool on the sundeck. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Ocean Suites with Infinity Pool are a luxurious experience, featuring direct step access to the ocean and private infinity pool. Rooms feature private en-suite bathroom with bath tub and have 1 King-size bed. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.

Ocean Residence with Infinity Lap Pool is the largest room type available at nearly 300sq metres. This suite includes a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath tub on both floors, two king-sized beds and a single bed. Sleeps a maximum 6 adults with an additional bed.

Ranba (Serving international cuisine, buffet style. Open breakfast, lunch and dinner). Ralu (serving French and Italian cuisine, open 07:00am-22:00pm). Ginifati (serving fresh seafood, open 19:00pm-22:00pm). Ambula (serving contemporary Sri Lankan cuisine, open 19:00pm-22:00pm). Hathaa (serving urban street food, open 19:00pm-22:00pm). I’ve been to several beach destinations like Hawaii or the Caribbean, but if you like seeing marine life up close the Maldives is the best! The bar has an excellent choice of liquor to chose from. We had our very own butler Jaube who was very attentive and informative and made us feel very special. The recreation & activities by Momo was fun with his excitement and eagerness to make us have a good time which we enjoyed very much. Not to mention Kanth in F&B who served us with so much care and respect. Also Not forgetting house keeping who made sure our rooms were exceptionally clean and made up. Absolutely amazing trip had the best time! Great food great experiences and amazing resort. The beach was amazing and so were the facilities including the gym special shout out to my butler Jaube and Momo for playing padel (so funny and high energy! Made my trip so fun). Such positive vibes!
