I visited the Maldives! Intercontinental Mamunagau, also known as the "Island of Heaven," and realized the reason for its fame. Each room was given a very private space, and even though there were not many restaurants, each one was so delicious that I always thought happily about what to eat when I went to the restaurant. Whether it was in the morning, day, or evening, the staff always smiled and said, "How is your day going today?" It was so fun and happy to have small talk with me. It is an island I would like to visit again next time if I have time. In particular, Dwi, our curator, I will never forget. It was such an interesting experience of hearing fluent Korean in a foreign country. Ishaq, who made me a cocktail, was an unforgettable cocktail. I couldn't ask my name, but I was also grateful to the staff who recommended and brought me a mango plate. I was always grateful to all the staff I met while riding my bicycle. Let's take only fantastic and enjoyable experiences in the Maldives. I really hope other Koreans come and see it. I really recommend Intercontinental Mamunagau, which has both lagoon and water environment. P.s.I loved everything from the fluffy silvery bed, always fragrant room, Byredo amenity, clean housekeeping twice a day, and such a cute keychain. Read less

We were so sad to leave. 4 days felt like a week. Everything about our room and the resort was 5 stars. The water is crystal clear and warm. When I first arrived, I was amazed by how big and beautiful the island is — but soon I realized that the real beauty was in the people working here. The staff truly made this trip unforgettable. Their kindness, generosity, and attention to detail went far beyond my expectations. I would like to start by thanking the hotel general manager ( Reinhold Johann ) — your leadership is clearly reflected in the way your team works. The level of professionalism, warmth, and care they show is something truly special, and it starts from the top. A very special thank you to Mr. Sherif (from Egypt) — such a professional, respectful, and genuinely kind person. You truly made a difference in my experience, and I will always be grateful for your efforts and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is the least I can do to show my appreciation. I will never forget this stay — and I’ll definitely be back soon! ❤️🙏 Read less

My wife, daughter and my self visited this stunning resort for 8 nights in June. June is considered a rainy season for the Maldives but our experience was quite the opposite. Not a drop of rain during our stay which made the trip even better. My wife and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and the resort shared that love the moment we arrived with a decorated room and dinner table that night. The resort was wonderful and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Our daughter (6 yr old) had a wonderful time exploring, swimming and of course collecting hermit crabs. She enjoyed her nightly swim in our own pool behind our over water room. The kids club which she normally doesn't like to attend on cruises and other resorts was a request from her daily. My wife and I couldn't get over the private feel of the island. Never felt crowded and at times felt like we were the only ones there. The spa was amazing, food was very enjoyable and I can't say agian how great the staff were. We biked around the island daily enjoyed every day to its fullest. Read less
