“Home coming”

After arriving at the Male-Velana-Airport, we had a safe and fast beautiful Speedboat-Transfer to Joy Island. A experience you don't have to miss. We spent perfect 8 nights at our magical Island resort Joy Island. Our second visit to this lovely Island since March 2024. We had a very warm welcome with a ceremony session at the speedboat jetty. We met our guest host Mr. Hassaan. He gave us all the answers of all questions we had. Thank you so much Mr. Hassaan. Our accommodation the Lagoon Villa the last lovely villa at the sunrise side was part of our paradise feeling. Especially our room attendant Mr. Niyaz. He created unbelievable towel animals. Thank you so much for your intensiv housekeeping. The other very important part of the paradise feeling was the work of the entire employess of Joy Island. Thank you so much!!! “Incredible family holiday”

This place is incredible! Everything exceeded our expectations — food and drinks, entertainment, villas, kids’ club, all of it. We travelled with children and stayed in a double villa with a pool, which was extremely comfortable and perfect for a family stay. A special thank you to our island host, Ilyas, for his patience, proactive approach, and relaxed, positive vibe. He’s amazing with kids and truly made our stay even better. The team at the Market restaurant deserves a big mention — Nihaa’s warm smile and welcoming nature made us feel special every time. Chef Ripon is not only a fantastic cook but also great to chat with, and Adnan was always polite and welcoming. Thank you all for making each visit memorable. The swimming and snorkeling are outstanding — it would be hard to find a better place for a beach holiday. We also joined the reef snorkeling excursion with Asia and Irhaan, which was absolutely worth it. Asia is very knowledgeable, and on the way back Irhaan spotted a pod of dolphins — a magical and unexpected moment. 10 out of 10 — an unforgettable experience for our family.
