“Gem of a hotel”

We visited as a family of four (kids 16 + 11). This is an exceptional hotel which made for just the break we wanted as a family. We will be back. The room, food, pool, snorkelling, spa are all on the money. But mainly this hotel is about the quality of the staff. It is an incredible team. We will like to thank Laith our main point of contact for making the holiday so seamless. He is thoughtful and gets the little details that make a holiday relaxing. Chetan and his team, thank you for the excellent food and esp. the aloo puris. Lewis and the dive centre team thank for you making sure the kids saw the big five while snorkelling. Giovanni and Zinaida for the excellent service. Also the housekeeping here was second to none. 🙏

I had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, where I spent three beautiful nights. Everything was truly above excellent — from the island, villas, cleanliness, privacy, and facilities, to the overall atmosphere and level of luxury. A special thanks to Laith, who made the experience exceptional. His warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality were outstanding. He clearly explained the daily schedule, all island activities, and took care of every detail. Restaurant reservations and arrangements were handled smoothly, making the stay completely stress-free. Service, comfort, food, organization, and attention to detail were all at the highest level. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return again.

“A beautiful island with exceptional service”

My partner and I came here for our honeymoon and we had an amazing time. Such a stunning island with beautiful views and incredible service - never experienced hospitality like this before, it was so impressive. As honeymooners, they prepared a nice welcome gift for us when we arrived, which made our experience so special. The resort was beautiful with a nice variety of restaurants, good food, live music at dinner time, and there were enough activities and things to do to keep us busy for a few days. Laith was our dedicated host and he was exceptional from the start of our trip to the end of it - he was very helpful, attentive and really made our experience a million times better. Everything felt very personalized and we were given a lot of attention and care. Even the front office manager kept coming to check on us and ask about our stay and if we needed anything. Really can’t recommend this place enough and so grateful to the amazing staff here for our wonderful experience. The heartfelt hospitality is really their biggest USP and sets this place aside from anywhere else we’ve ever been.
