Beach Villas with Private Pool are 90 sqm and just steps from the beach, with an indoor/outdoor bathroom featuring a private pool. With 1 king bed, these villas sleep maximum 3 adults and 1 child.

Board basis options:

Bed and Breakfast includes a daily buffet breakfast at Sea Spray Restaurant, with an egg station, hot and cold dishes, live cooking stations and fruits. Beverages are not included, except for drinks offered as part of the breakfast buffet.

Half Board (breakfast and dinner) includes daily buffet breakfast as above, plus buffet dinner at the same restaurant, with a themed menu that changes daily. Beverages are not included with dinner, and will be charged per consumption. As an added benefit, guests receive a 20% discount (on food only)from the à la carte menu at Ocean Restaurant, deducted from the final bill.

Full Board includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at Sea Spray. Lunch and dinner beverages are not included and will be charged per consumption. Guests also receive a 20% discount (on food only) from the à la carte menu at Ocean Restaurant, deducted from the final bill.

Also included are unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from selected brands, including wine, sparkling wine, spirits, beers, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, canned juices, water, tea and coffee. Beverages are served by the glass, must be consumed within the outlets, and are not available for take-away or in-villa dining. Plus, guests can enjoy a daily sunset happy hour with complimentary snacks, minibar replenished once daily with alcoholic beverages and beers, and 1 bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. In-villa dining, destination dining and selected drinks are not included.

“Amazing vacation”

We had an amazing vacation at NH Kuda Rah Maldives. The villa, the beach, and everything about the resort were perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. We celebrated our little girl’s first birthday, and the chef made her a special cake. The team also surprised us by decorating our room, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommended! 🌴✨.

Kuda Rah Resort is just a fantastic hotel. Small and cozy, we felt really comfortable the 11 days of our stay. Nice welcome of the staff after a long journey, Lisa was very friendly and took good care of us, during all stay. The villa is perfect, good size and was perfectly clean everyday. The all inclusive was a perfect good choice.The breakfast superb, many things to choose. The food was delicious, and lots of variety, and must say that even after 11 days we didn’t get tired of it!!!!:) Very good drinks at the bar and delicious peanuts!Thank you Dinda and Akbar!!:) The service and the treatment were 10/10. All staff very professional and kind. Attentive Svastika, Putu always with a smile, Parbes, Iman carrying and gentle, well, must say that all staff made us feel comfortable. Not to mention the dive centre, Imran and his crew all very professional and helpful. Well organised and all very kind. Charm, our dive master, was brilliant. Made our diving experience unforgettable, even if we didn’t see any whale shark…..:( So, our first experience in Maldives was fantastic and we would definitely come back. It’s a beautiful small island with all its facilities. Highly recommend it. Thank you all for a unique, amazing and unforgettable stay!!! By the way, sorry if I spell wrong any name… Happy 2026!

“We came as guests & left as friends! Very relaxing holidays in a little paradise with great staff!”

Despite booking at the very short notice, we were extremely happy to pass our New Year’s holidays on this welcoming little island of the South Ari atoll! Even though the actually needed two bedroom beach suite was not available we were accommodated for the first two nights in the somewhat smaller Beach villa. As soon as the front office manager was able to rearrange the room occupancies we got are desired suite. The rooms are clean and well kept but some of the appliances need a little brush up… Our guest relationship responsible, Lisa, made each one of our wishes true and was very attentive. One thing we read like time emphasize is the food: what’s the staff under chef Farish, presented us every day was incredible and the New Year’s buffet mesmerize us (and believe us, we have really seen a lot) The dive center (Dive&Sail), managed by Imran impressed with an extremely competent and friendly staff, new and well serviced equipment. They even managed to fix my first stage which had not been serviced properly at home… our son’s dive instructor, Mack, was not only very savvy and a great teacher but also a lot of fun! An absolute must is the spa! The three Balinese therapists are extremely well trained and offer exceptional services (we come from the healthcare industry). I had one of the best massages in my life! Last but not least we would also like to thank resort director Mike and his wife Moni for the fun evenings at the bar with intense talks and especially their managing the tight schedule on our return with the sea plane being almost an hour late… We hope to be back to see the realization of the plans of Mike& his crew to upgrade the island even more.
