Our stay at OZEN Reserve Bolifushi was truly special, and we honestly left with so many beautiful memories. ❤️
From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the resort. The villas are beautiful, the atmosphere is so peaceful, and everything feels luxurious yet welcoming. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the people. It’s the little things, the genuine smiles, the kindness, and the way the staff make you feel that turn a beautiful holiday into something truly special.
The food was amazing, and we really enjoyed dining at Vista del Mar, Saffron, and SOYI 👌🏻
Vista del Mar was our go to for breakfast, and we loved the variety and quality of the food. Saffron was such a lovely Indian dining experience, and SOYI was equally wonderful with its Asian dishes.
But honestly, what made these experiences even more special was the staff. They were always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. We felt so comfortable dining at the restaurants, especially with the girls, and the staff always made us feel welcome. A big thank you to all the restaurant teams for making every meal feel special. ❤️

He was honestly one of the highlights of our stay! He is incredibly helpful and always goes out of his way to make sure everything we need is taken care of, no matter how difficult it might be. He was truly our go-to person throughout the stay, and we always knew we could count on him. Beyond his amazing service, he has such a lovely personality that spending time with him never gets boring! 😂❤️
He made us feel so comfortable, almost like he was part of our family rather than just our butler. The girls absolutely loved him too!

I’ve stayed at many hotels, including some of the most luxurious ones, but I can honestly say that Saha made a very special impression on us. My eldest daughter has never stayed at a kids club without me before, and I honestly never expected her to reach a point where she wouldn’t even want to leave! 😂❤️
That alone says so much about how comfortable and happy Saha made her feel. She was so lovely with my daughter, and knowing that she was genuinely happy and enjoying herself made such a difference to our holiday. As a mum, there is nothing better than seeing your child feel safe, comfortable, and excited to go somewhere. Thank you, Saha, for making this such a special experience for my daughter. We will always remember it! 🥹❤️

Their smiles were honestly one of the first things we looked forward to every morning. They welcomed us so warmly at breakfast and made us feel at home every single day, always greeting us with the loveliest smiles and making sure we were comfortably seated. The way they interacted with both my eldest daughter and my baby was just so sweet. They were always so lovely, patient, and affectionate with the girls, and those little moments meant so much to us. It might seem like a small thing, but being welcomed with that kind of genuine warmth every morning makes such a difference. They made our breakfasts feel extra special, and we will definitely miss seeing their beautiful smiles! 🥹❤️

We saw Arjun working at different restaurants and on different shifts, and every time he spotted us, he would come over, greet us warmly, and make sure we tried the best dishes on the menu. Even when we didn’t know what to order, he would recommend his favourites and sometimes make sure we got to try dishes we might otherwise have missed! 😂❤️
You could genuinely see how much he cared about making our dining experience exceptional. He really went out of his way to make sure we experienced the best of the food and didn’t miss out on anything special. That kind of personal attention is something we truly appreciated, and it made our dining experiences even more memorable. Thank you, Arjun! 🫶🏻

Although we only met her on one day, that day left such a beautiful impression on me. She was incredibly elegant, kind, and sweet, with the loveliest smile. The weather that day was extremely windy and stormy, and I was busy taking care of my baby while my eldest daughter needed to use the bathroom twice. Without hesitation, Ayoli carried my daughter in her arms, took her to the bathroom, and patiently waited for her in the middle of that terrible weather. 🥹❤️
As a mother travelling with two little girls, I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that gesture. She could easily have continued with her work, but instead, she went out of her way to help me when I really needed it. It was such a thoughtful and genuinely kind thing to do, and even though we only met that one day, I will always remember her for it. Thank you, Ayoli, for your beautiful heart, your kindness, and that lovely smile. ❤️
We would also love to thank Ahmed, Ibrahim, Abassi, Salman (butler), Chef Mustafa, Wayne, and everyone else who made our stay so enjoyable. Your kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate all the little things you did for our family.
What we loved most about OZEN Reserve Bolifushi was that, beyond the beautiful island and luxurious surroundings, there were people who genuinely made us feel welcome and cared for. We travelled as a family of four, with our two little girls, and the way so many members of the team made an effort with both of them made our experience even more special.
We came for a beautiful holiday in the Maldives, but we left with so much more than that. We left with lovely memories, special connections, and people we will genuinely remember long after our holiday.
