The rooms are amazing the views are unbelievable. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Having said that the management needs to do a review of there policies We came with a couple that were here 3 years ago and things have changed This is not a true all inclusive. We have stayed at many different all inclusive in many country’s and this is the only one that between 2:30pm and 7:00 pm you cannot get any food unless you pay extra. No places to grab a snack and can only eat at set meal times. When at an al la carte you only get three choices, if you order an appie, soup, entree and a dessert you will have to pay for one of them. For the price a person pays in comparison to other all inclusive that was disappointing The staff work incredibly hard but when one person is expected to make and deliver the drinks, take good orders and go to the kitchen to grab the orders it leaves him a little busy Do better Pullman Ryan Klaver

“Amazing stay in the ocean pool villa”

Went for our honeymoon. Splurged on the ocean pool villas (had a private pool and direct access into the reef). Incredible choice. The house reef right at our villa had frequent sightings of: small sharks, stingrays, sea turtles, and various tropical fish. If you watched for even a minute, you would definitely spot something. Besides the incredible villa - there were various amazing beaches on the island. The panorama beach had incredibly clear waters (visibility easily 20-30m even near shore) and was teeming with fish. Snorkelling there was amazing. Some of the beaches didn't have much wildlife (especially at the areas with many visitors e.g. the main beach at Melange and at the kayaking area) But still and incredibly beautiful location. Service was excellent, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and bright. The food was consistently incredible. The dinners at Phat Chameleon had some of the most unique and tasty dishes I've ever had. Overall it was an extremely pleasant and warm stay.
