The first all-inclusive Pullman resort has landed and they have pulled out all the stops to create the ultimate beach holiday in paradise. Located on the picturesque island of Maamutaa and spanning over 19 hectares, Pullman is bursting with activities, excursions, and wellness programmes, meaning you will always have something to do, and seeing as it's all covered in their generous all-inclusive package you have the freedom to indulge without worrying about extra costs. Where is it

In the southern part of the Maldives, on a private island called Maamutaa. Access is via a 55-minute direct flight (90 minutes indirect) from the capital, Malé, to Kooddoo Airport, followed by a short 15 minute speedboat ride to the resort.

Hotel information

122 villas. All with modern amenities including HD TV, WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, mini-bar (replenished daily), indoor and outdoor showers. Beach Villas offers 200 sq m of living space and direct access to the sandy beach via a secluded pathway, and an indoor-outdoor bathroom with two showers and a tub. These villas have 1 king-size bed, sleeping a maximum of 2 adults.

All Inclusive includes: breakfast at Mélange and Sol Rising. Lunch at Mélange and Souq Oven. Dinner at Mélange, Phat Chameleon and Souq Oven. Snacks at The HUB. Complimentary Shisha at Saffron Affair. High Tea and selection of canapés and sweets from Sol Rising. In-villa mini-bar (replenished daily, on request, with soft drinks, bottled juice, liquor, beer, wine, chocolate, and snacks).

Room upgrades

Spacious and ideal for families, Family Beach Villas are 270sqm and has an outdoor living area and 1 king-size bed plus a separate room with a bunk bed. Family Beach Pool Villas are also available.

Beach Pool Villas are 240 sqm with an outdoor living room, terrace area and private pool. Villas have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Two-bedroom Beach Pool Villas offer 580 sqm of space, with two bedrooms separated by a living room, each has it’s own bathroom.

Ocean Villas are built over the lagoon with direct access to the water below. These villas are 160sqm and have an open air living space and a netted hammock over the water. Villas have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. Ocean Pool Villas are also available.

Sunset Ocean Pool Villas are similar to Ocean Pool Villas but with sunset views.

Ocean Pool Suites offer 185 sqm of space and features an open cabana with loungers, private pool, illuminated glass window in the floor, living room and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

For total seclusion the Two-bedroom Ocean Pool Villas offer 440 sqm of space, including two bedrooms separated by a living room. The master bedroom with 1king-size bed, the second bedroom with twin beds, each with separate bathrooms.

The Aqua Villa is a two-level villa with all the amenities of an Ocean Villa plus an exclusive pool facing East (perfect to watch the sunrise), open-air bathroom, a submerged master bedroom plus an overwater bedroom, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

3 restaurants and 3 bars; Mélange (all-day dining, Maldivian, French, Arabic, Italian, Chinese and Indian cuisines). Souq Oven (Mediterranean cuisine). The staff at Pullman are so courteous and hospitable. Very easy to reach them through the app. We tried the food at all of their restaurants and it was all amazing with beautiful presentation and attentive and kind staff. We liked coming during the off season so it was not crowded. Would definitely recommend!

Rahul and Barbara did an amazing job. The massage was relaxing and they were so kind. I would highly recommend anyone to come to the spa and enjoy their wonderful service. The full body massage was great and my wife and I left feeling relaxed and at peace. Thank you!

The resort in general is a 10/10 This is not a criticism, but a pointer to be addressed. The open shower area floods the floor when it's windy and rainy. So some remedial measures could be put in place to avoid any possible mishaps. This in any way spoils the holiday or the beauty of the place.

I won’t hold his unprofessional behavior against the entire place. Everyone else definitely made up for it! I would just clarify who is taking you out on the snorkeling adventures if you are a beginner and ask how they usually teach their classes. We had one great experience with turtle snorkeling. The guide was so helpful and patient. Then we did the beginners snorkeling to get more comfortable and no instructions or advice were given. The snorkeling was amazing but the guide took off on his own to take photos of himself and the reef marine life. Read less

Asif was very attentive and very accomodating to us. Very well informed and great customer service. Great job Asif. Our stay in the Pullman was excellent and totally recommend to family and friends. Pullman had excellent location. Rooms were immaculate, lits of activities to do and the all inclusive package was a real good value.
