“Wonderful experience with outstanding service”

The St Regis Maldives Vommuli is a beautiful property with top quality service. Seaplane ride of about 45 minutes from Male. We were met at the airport by their representatives who looked after our luggage, got us to the seaplane port and made sure we were checked in. We had access to a comfortable lounge while we waited. On arrival at St Regis we met our butler, Ali, who looked after us exceptionally well during our entire stay. The resort has several excellent restaurants and we enjoyed many different cuisines during our stay. Buffet breakfast is one of the best in any hotel I have stayed with a wide selection of breakfast choices. The Whale bar is a great spot to enjoy creative cocktails and mocktails while watching the sunset or for after dinner relaxation. Our over water bungalow was spacious and very well equipped. Our deck had a private pool loungers, umbrella, table and chairs and access to the water. A tablet controlled everything in the room from blinds to lights and television. Good internet connection. Staff replaced toiletries such as toothbrushes, razors, floss and other items daily. Lots of bottled water and a very nice mini bar. Service here is very strong and whenever we left our room we returned to a neatly tidied bungalow with all supplies refreshed. We travelled around by bicycle but there are staff driven buggies available too. This was our first stay in Maldives and we were very pleased with the St Regis. Great experience!

“Wonderful honeymoon experience”

We stayed at the St. Regis Maldives for our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The island itself is absolutely paradisiacal — stunning beaches, beautiful nature, and such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. A special thank you to our butler, Abanoub, who was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and always available to help with anything we needed. He made our stay feel effortless and very special. We also loved the spa. We tried Ayurvedic treatments as well as other massages, and everything was excellent — deeply relaxing and very professionally done. What really stood out throughout our stay was the kindness of the entire team. Whether at the beach, around the villa, or anywhere on the island, the staff were always warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Their positive energy made our mood even better every day. The only small area for improvement would be the wine and champagne selection, which could be a bit stronger for a resort of this level. That said, we easily substituted with the excellent cocktails, which we really enjoyed. Overall, the St. Regis Maldives gave us exactly the kind of honeymoon we dreamed of: beautiful, relaxing, romantic, and full of thoughtful details. We would love to come back one day.

“My stay at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort”

I stayed for 2 nights at this resort and had once in a life time experience reason being the staff on the island who took care of me. The credit goes to the management and the entire team as I could also see the same happiness among all the other guests staying in the resort. The pickup from the airport to the lounge and then to the sea plane was also an amazing experience. I had beautiful villa with a pool and access to the beach. The breakfast was amazing a lot of options to choose from. For dinner ala carte I enjoyed the sea food both the nights . Since I am a film producer , I found the property and locations around amazing for any shoot or music videos. The departure transfers from the resort to the sea plane to the check in counter at the airport was also done in a very highly professional manner. Since I could not visit the main Island for shopping, my butler Mr Saddham helped me get some stuff from the city and had it delivered to my room. I highly recommend this resort for guest celebrating their honeymoon, wedding anniversary or a holiday with their family. It will definitely be once in life time experience. I want to thank Ms Melanie Diwa and rest of the team in the resort for making this visit one of the best holiday experiences of my life.
