462 beautifully furnished rooms - all of which offer modern amenities, elegant design details and are located either a short walk from the sandy white shore or surrounded by the stunning turquoise hues of the Indian Ocean. All rooms feature air conditioning, mini-bar, hairdryer, tea/coffee-facilities, terrace, TV, phone and WiFi.

Sun Villas are located in the heart of the island, surrounded by coconut palms and abundant green foliage. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Board basis options

Full Board includes: all meals from the main restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Water, coffee/tea is available - all other drinks are chargeable. Complimentary of use of land sport facilities. Floodlit tennis will be chargeable.

All-Inclusive option: includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, and afternoon tea with sandwiches and cakes in the coffee shop - Beer, soft drinks and canned fruit juices served at all outlets (except coffee shop) - House wine served at the pool bar, main bar and main restaurant - Spirits (gin, vodka, rum and whisky) served at the pool bar and main bar - Selected cocktails also available at the main bar - Bottled water served in all outlets - Tea/coffee from the main restaurant and bar - Mini-bar with two cokes, two sprites and two sodas (replenished once per day) - Sports and entertainment including windsurfing (one hour per day), canoeing (one hour per day), tennis (floodlighting at an additional charge), badminton, squash, basketball, beach volleyball, table tennis, billiards, plus use of sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi - Snorkeling gear (complimentary for use throughout your stay) - One night-fishing excursion per stay, for guests staying a minimum of 6 nights - Dine Around: One a la carte meal per person per stay, for minimum 5 nights’ stays. Please note: meals in the hotel's à la carte restaurants will incur additional charges. Champagnes, sparkling wines, premium wines from the wine list, premium brand spirits and liqueurs, blended drinks or cocktails, espresso, cappuccino and speciality coffees, fresh fruit juices, and any drinks consumed after 1:00am or before 10:00am will also be charged locally.

Sunset Beach Villas are also located on the beach, and are perfect for admiring magical Maldivian sunsets. 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Villas (available from 1st November '25) enjoy direct access to the beach, a private terrace with sunset views and indoor and outdoor seating areas. 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Lagoon Beach Villas are nestled between the lush vegetation and lead out to the lagoon, with vibrant interiors that blend with the tropical surroundings. 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Beach Villas with Whirlpool have ample space leading out to an expansive veranda, complete with private whirlpool. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas provide direct access to the lagoon from your private sundeck via your private staircase, perfect for discovering the beauty of the water and nearby colourful reefs. With 1 king size bed sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Sunset Water Villas offer stunning sunset views from your private sundeck, with a staircase providing direct lagoon access. With 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Beach Pool Villas have the pristine white beach at their doorstep, as well as generous space and a private pool and veranda. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas are larger, with the beach at their doorstep. With a private pool, veranda and whirlpool. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Two Bedroom Family Beach Villas are interconnecting deluxe beach villas and are just steps away from the lagoon. With 2 king-size beds and two extra beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Two Bedroom Overwater Suites are the ultimate home away from home, perched over crystal clear waters. Located at the end of the jetty with spectacular panoramic views, and a private Jacuzzi. With 1 king-size bed and twin beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

Simply stunning island and the courtesy and friendliness of the staff is second to none. In particular Abishek at the fishing bbq was fabulous to us. So professional and friendly he truly made our evening meal more special. He is an example how all staff should be. 10/10

Excellent place total relaxing beautiful resort nice helpful people. Sana our host Excellent and helpful with quick answers. Dinning waiter staff Krishna, Sarauv Devi and Anjali at the cafe bar very hospitable and helpful. Ramesh at the swimming pool bar very helpful and always ready for you with a drink. Total excellent experience. Suggestion: Have more cuisine restaurant with all inclusive deal. Need to do more renovations at the swimming pool and the outdoor furniture. Villa Park Sun Island Maldives - A Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Villa Park Sun Island Maldives was nothing short of exceptional. The resort offered a serene and relaxing environment, making it the ideal place to unwind. The team was incredibly helpful, with special mentions to Sana, our host, who was always available with quick and useful responses. The dining staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Krishna, Sarauv, Devi, and Anjali at the cafe bar were incredibly hospitable, offering fantastic service throughout our stay. A big shoutout to Ramesh at the swimming pool bar as well—he was always ready to serve up a refreshing drink with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The only suggestion I would have is to offer more dining options with an all-inclusive deal and perhaps consider renovations for the swimming pool and outdoor furniture areas to further enhance the guest experience. Stopped at this hotel for 10nts all inclusive, me and my husband had a great time overall and celebrated my 30th birthday and our 8th wedding anniversary while out here. We got upgraded to a water bungalow which although a little dated was still an incredible experience, the room was very clean and tidy and the bar and snacks was generously topped up every day. The island itself was awesome, I think we explored all areas and highly recommend visiting the little bird/parrot area they have in the middle of the island, its free to walk around and look and was able to hold one. Food was brilliant in the restaurant but we only went in the one just for bungalow guests. We did go to both Thai and Italian restaurant. Thai was extremely good but Italian was really good but we both got poorly tummy after that and we had totally different food and drink so be aware. All bars make top tier cocktails and drinks but service in the coffee/snack restaurant was very poor to say the least, the guy waiting most days couldn't be any less intestered and we're patient people! He really let it down but he was the only person in all staff working there that had this attitude. Went to the house reef a couple times and yes, incredible experience with lots of sharks which was soo cool, they don't bother you and just swim on by but it wasn't until our last day that swimming at the Thai restaurant was also amazing with loads of sharks and some fish. Went to spa while there and we had a great massage, you fill out a survey of needs and concern areas before the massage which I thought was a great way to communicate needs beforehand! We did the cinema experience, a little pricey but soo worth it! Whale shark trip, but didnt see any so expensive boat trip for nothing but luck of the draw. Staff were super friendly and accommodating everywhere we went but the staff that really stood out for us, went above and beyond and made sure we were having a good time were Amanjot and Prathima in the bungalow restaurant, and Aliston and Kamrul in the golf bar, which was our favorite bar!! Really hope a manager sees this and takes note of how amazing they were and are assessts to the resort! Would recommend going here but all inclusive only, we worked hard to get here and wouldn't be able to have survived 10nights on another board, its very very expensive but I we guessed it would be with being an island in the maldives so we did bring a lot of spending money too! We have just spent 7 nights at Villa park. This was our second visit to the Maldives however first stay at this resort. We had a fabulous beach villa with our own pool located close to the main restaurant (173). The upgrade was worth every penny as we have a little boy which meant we didn’t have to cart all our stuff to the main pool, we could swim day or night right on our door step. It was like a warm bath, beautiful pool. We found all staff friendly and helpful however by a country mile the most attentive, kind and caring was our waiter Shishir in the main restaurant. He made our dining experience a joy at breakfast lunch and dinner and couldn’t do enough for us. All the restaurant staff were amazing but also special thanks to Rauf who would make a special effort daily to come over and say hello to our little man, we will miss your hello’s each and every day. Our boy turned 1 in resort and the attention and love he was shown by staff not just in the restaurant, but also the coffee shop and Thai was just heart melting. We ate once at the Thai restaurant and had the most delicious curry ever. We love Thai and the prawn tempura and red curry was exceptional. Once again the staff made things all the better being looked after fantastically by Selva and then Chandra fussing over our little boy occupying him while we enjoyed dessert together. Beautiful resort, with so many behind the scenes staff working so hard that you don’t see until you walk around the inside of the island and find staff working on vehicles, sewing, doing laundry, chapping coconuts, furniture maintenance, the list is endless. I’d love to say we will be back but for us personally just found 3 flights and a speed boat that bit too much but amazing memories that will last a lifetime Read less
