462 beautifully furnished rooms - all of which offer modern amenities, elegant design details and are located either a short walk from the sandy white shore or surrounded by the stunning turquoise hues of the Indian Ocean. All rooms feature air conditioning, mini-bar, hairdryer, tea/coffee-facilities, terrace, TV, phone and WiFi.

Sun Villas are located in the heart of the island, surrounded by coconut palms and abundant green foliage. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Board basis options

Full Board includes: all meals from the main restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Water, coffee/tea is available - all other drinks are chargeable. Complimentary of use of land sport facilities. Floodlit tennis will be chargeable.

Our experience at Sun Island Resort was exceptional from start to finish. The island is beautifully maintained, with crystal-clear water, white sand beaches, and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to Elize, who was very professional and ensured everything went smoothly during our stay. We would also like to commend Ashikur for his outstanding service at the restaurant — always attentive, polite, and welcoming. The food selection was excellent, and the range of activities offered something for everyone. Overall, this resort delivers a perfect balance of comfort, natural beauty, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

We visited Villa Park Sun Island with our three children – now for the fifth time – and once again, it proved to be the perfect destination for families! Every day brought new adventures for the kids: the Kids Club is absolutely amazing. The service is truly outstanding! We would especially like to mention Boday, the waiter, who always made sure we had everything we needed with such kindness and attention. And a big thank you to Reehan, our room attendant, who took wonderful care of our villa and made sure everything was sparkling and comfortable throughout our stay. These people make the experience unforgettable! The evening entertainment exceeded all our expectations: the fire show was breathtaking, and DJ Belz created an incredible atmosphere night after night. Both the children and we were completely enchanted!

We stayed in the Maldives from October 4th to 14th at Villa Park, and our host, Pratima, made our vacation truly unforgettable! She is exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. From the very first day, Pratima made us feel welcome and cared for — always ready to help with a smile, answer any questions, and make sure everything was perfect. Her hospitality and genuine warmth created a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay.🌸🌸🌸 The resort itself is absolutely beautiful — a true paradise. The island is stunning, surrounded by crystal maldivian water and soft white sand. 🏝️The gardens and territory are perfectly maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. There is a wonderful place - a little zoo with tropical parrots🦜 The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh dishes every day. We especially loved the local Maldivian flavors and the exotic fruit (mango, guava, papaya,passion fruit and pineapple) Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.🥥🥭🍍 The ocean was beyond words — calm, warm, and full of colorful marine life. Snorkeling was an amazing experience; we saw so many fish and even some rays, a manta and a turtle!🐢 🐠🤿 The service was also the best one!🔥 Overall, it was a perfect holiday, and we want to say a huge thank you to Pratima and the entire team for making it so special.
