This intimate hotel offers simple wholesome Mauritian hospitality and sits in lush, tropical gardens, across the road from a lovely beach. There is a generous array of activities and sports on offer, and make sure you discover some of the hotel's Otentik experiences — a Mauritian cookery class, maybe a home-cooked dinner in local home or enjoy local music and sega dancing at sunset. Alternatively, there are two lovely pools, an outdoor terrace and a spa offering a range of signature treatments, making it a little bit too easy to do absolutely nothing! The cosy guest rooms have a cool and contemporary style, just ready and waiting for you to kick back and relax in.

Explore the local area

In the north of Mauritius, close to the beach near Cap Malheureux. Approximately 4km from lively Grand Baie. The lovely beach is situated across the road in front of the hotel. Transfer time from Mauritius International Airport: Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Please note that if taking a seat in coach this may be longer depending on how many hotel stops are en route.

122 rooms on 2 floors in buildings throughout the gardens. All rooms have a garden view, balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, TV, WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and safe. Superior Rooms with 1 double-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleep maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Interconnecting rooms available.

All Inclusive option: includes breakfast in Le Cap restaurant, lunch in Le Cap restaurant or Taba-J (traditional Mauritian street food), and dinner in Le Cap restaurant or Kot Nou (reservations required, open 4 times per week). Local beverages including water, tea, coffee, local beer, soft drinks, local wines and local spirits 11:00am–11:00pm. Selected drinks from the mini-bar. Afternoon tea/coffee and pastries. Local snacks served with evening drinks. Picnic basket for guests on day excursions. 20% discount on one 'Mauritian massage' between 9:00am–2:00pm (minimum stay 5 nights). Selected land and watersports and entertainment.

Fabulous hotel, spacious rooms, delicious food with lots of choices, excellent cocktails 🍸, great evening entertainments, lovely local food served during the day, nice pool area, and what is the best- STAFF!!! Can’t even say enough good things about the staff in the hotel - they were so so nice and very very helpful - they would do anything to you - all requests were made within a blink an eye and with lovely smile - and doesn’t matter what time of the day or night. Bar staff was so nice to us and also entertainment staff did all to keep us happy Definitely will be back again !!!! Such a special and wonderful place to visit Fully recommended

The hotel has a fantastic ambiance and phenomenal service staff who make you feel welcome at all times. Activities led by Didier and Raees were so much fun and made the stay truly memorable. For trips outside the hotel, we relied on Daniel, a taxi driver who was reliable, knowledgeable, and highly recommended. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, great service, and entertainment – I would definitely return!
