“Our Stay at Heritage Telfair”

We had a truly wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort. The property is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing. We especially enjoyed the different restaurant locations, each offering a lovely setting and a different experience. The golf course was another highlight of our stay. It was very well maintained, beautifully located, and we really enjoyed playing there. For anyone who enjoys golf, it definitely adds something special to the overall experience. What made our stay even more enjoyable, however, were the people. A special thank you goes to Melvin, our host, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. He was always friendly, attentive and helpful, and made us feel very well looked after. We would also like to especially mention Mendini, who took such great care of our room. Everything was always very clean and well maintained, and we could really see the effort and attention she put into her work. We truly appreciated it. The only small point that could be improved from our perspective is the half-board arrangement. While we enjoyed the restaurants and the variety of food, we felt that quite a few dishes required an additional supplement. It would be nice to have a slightly wider selection included in the half-board package without extra charges. We also feel that water could be included as part of half board. This was a little disappointing, but only a minor downside compared to an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and will take home many great memories. The beautiful resort, excellent facilities, great golf course and, most importantly, the warm and attentive service made our stay very special. A big thank you again to Melvin and Mendini for contributing so much to our experience. We would be very happy to return in the future.

“A tropical paradise”

The location was perfect for pure relaxation and wellness. The gardens and entertainment areas were beautiful, very tropical and clean. The food was average in most restaurants, except for the sushi that was served at Gin Ja and the meat dish at Chateau Bel Ombré that were excellent. We enjoyed an invigorating couples massage treatment that targeted all stress points by experienced therapists. The ginger tea after the treatment was delicious. The group Pilates classes were very good and exactly what I needed. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities expected from a hotel of this standard. The only real fault that I could find was the cleaning of the rooms. They were not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples, families and especially golfers.
