I had exceptional stay at Le Meridien when I stayed with my wife and my 80 year old father. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth shown by the team made our visit memorable in every way.
Property & Room:
The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the room was equipped with everything a traveller could possibly need. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged—our stay felt effortless and relaxing. Kudos to the housekeeping team members. I truly appreciate the zeal in keeping up the standards par excellent.
The only aspect of our stay that fell slightly short was the water drainage in the shower area. The outlet did not drain water efficiently, causing it to accumulate inside the shower cubicle. Due to the floor slope, the water occasionally flowed out into the main washroom area as well.
This required me to be extra cautious—especially considering that I had my 80‑year‑old father staying with us. I was particularly concerned about the risk of slipping due to the water pooling outside the shower enclosure.
While this did not overshadow our overall positive experience, addressing this drainage issue would greatly enhance guest comfort and safety.
Food & Beverage Experience:
Our dining experience at Le Meridien was truly one of the highlights of our stay. Every meal felt thoughtfully crafted, and the warmth of the service staff elevated the experience even further.
At Nomad Restaurant, the quality of food was consistently excellent—flavorful, well prepared, and beautifully presented. Although we would have appreciated a wider selection of vegetarian options (especially during dinner), whatever was available was exceptionally well made.
What impressed us most was the F&B team’s genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
• Chef Sachin Bisht and Chef Rajesh went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They personally checked with us during mealtimes, guided us through the menu, and even offered to customize a few dishes to suit our preferences. Their passion for food and guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction.
• Dharsti from the service team deserves special recognition for her warm approach, and the way she consistently ensured we had a cozy sitting all the days.
• Moorgan, who took care of us during breakfast, was incredibly courteous and efficient. He remembered our beverage preferences, ensured my father had everything placed conveniently, and made mornings enjoyable with his friendly attitude.
Every member of the F&B team displayed professionalism combined with heartfelt care—a rare and refreshing combination. Their consistent willingness to assist, their proactive approach, and their respectful demeanour ensured that our dining experiences were relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable.
Overall:
Our experience at Le Meridien was truly delightful. The staff’s sincerity, the comfort of the property, and the high quality service made our stay memorable for the entire family—especially my elderly father, who felt genuinely cared for.
