“Best week ever at The Méridien Ile Maurice!”

We had the most wonderful time at Le Méridien! The hotel is beautiful, right at the oceanfront, with a beautiful beach which was cleaned every morning. It is very spacious and has a beautiful, luscious garden, and a wonderful pool. Everything is so well taken care of, just by looking at it you feel privileged being there. It has a kind of calm and serenity. When music is played at the bars or in the restaurants, it's never too loud. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and cozy too. Everything you could possibly need was there. And very clean thanks to Hersulla and Icantonia! We loved the view of the ocean and garden. There's a wonderful gym, with the newest equipment, very clean and open 24/7 which is great, and the wellness is very good too. We had some very good treatments with Shivaani. Everyone at the frontdesk was super helpful and friendly (with a special thanks to Jamil!). And then there's the restaurants! The Nomad, which is the buffet restaurant, was incredible! It has a very nice atmosphere, and even though it's quite big, it doesn't feel like it. And the way all the different dishes are presented is with such care, it's all fresh and very attractive looking. The breakfast was so good, so much to choose from, great way to start the day! In the evening there was a different theme every night, which was lovely. In fact, we didn't try the other two restaurants because we were afraid we might miss out on some delish dishes at the buffet and our favorite cocktail! :)) Aschanda and the other serving staff and the chefs at the restaurant, and the people at the bar were all so kind and attentive. I don't remember everyone's name, but a big thanks to all! We had a magnificent week!

We chose Le Méridien Ile Maurice to celebrate two very special milestones in our lives — our 10th Wedding Anniversary and my wife's 40th Birthday. Looking back, we can confidently say that there could not have been a more perfect place than Le Méridien to make these celebrations truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the grand scale, elegance and beauty of the property. The hotel is enormous, beautifully designed, and surrounded by an incredible range of facilities and amenities. The interiors, the architecture, the lush surroundings and the stunning beachfront all come together to create a truly luxurious Mauritian experience. One of the highlights for us was the breathtaking views, especially during sunset. Sitting by the beach and watching the sky transform into beautiful colours was simply magical and created some of our most memorable moments of the trip. What truly sets Le Méridien apart, however, is its people. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We were greeted with a smile everywhere we went, and it was lovely to see that the staff never simply walked past without acknowledging guests. Their professionalism, positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. ❤️ A Special Thank You to the Wonderful Team Mr. Nicolas Arekion — A very special thank you to Nicolas for exceptionally arranging the romantic setup for our 10th Wedding Anniversary at Waves Restaurant. Her dedication, professionalism and personal attention made us feel truly looked after. Ms. Brinda V – Room Service/Housekeeping — Brinda did a wonderful job ensuring that our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and well looked after throughout our stay.
