I had an amazing stay at this hotel over the weekend celebrating my birthday. The service was truly outstanding — easily a 10/10. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the room was just as impressive, clean & comfortable. A special thank you to Mr. Shahyad for the warm welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

We had an amazing time at Le Méridien Ile Maurice. Everything was perfect—from the room to the food. That seafood buffet was yummilicious The highlight for us was the lovely surprise gift from the hotel, which made our stay feel so special and personal, an unexpected gesture that truly showed how much the hotel values its guests. We would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Nitasha for making our stay extra special. She was so kind, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. Our stay at Le Méridien Ile Maurice was nothing short of exceptional, and what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible people who brought the entire experience to life. From the moment we arrived, our butler, Keseven, set the tone with such attentiveness and care. He consistently checked in on us, greeted us with warmth, and made sure every detail of our stay felt effortless and seamless. And then there was Dev… who completely stole the show. His hospitality, energy, and sense of humour were simply unmatched. It became genuinely difficult to leave the pool because of him and his outstanding team — he created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere that you naturally just wanted to stay longer. Ashwin, with his quick wit and charm, was equally incredible, always keeping us smiling while taking the most attentive care of us. Riaz’s warmth and genuine hospitality made every interaction feel personal, and the level of service from all of them was consistently exceptional. A special mention to the management at Kumin restaurant, who went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way. When they discovered that carrot halwa is my favourite Indian dessert, they made a point of ensuring it was specially prepared and served for me a small gesture that meant so much and truly reflects the level of care and attention to detail at this hotel. Our room attendant, Sheila, deserves the most heartfelt appreciation. She was warm, kind, and brought such a beautiful personal touch to our stay. One of the most special moments for me was when she surprised us with a handmade bracelet with both mine and my husband’s names on it such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that we will treasure. It’s those kinds of moments that stay with you long after the holiday ends. We left feeling genuinely cared for, relaxed, and so grateful for the memories created.
