214 rooms and suites. All with private terrace or balcony, air-conditioning, TV, mini-bar*, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, telephone, and hairdryer. Superior Rooms are 485 sq ft and are on the ground and first floors with views of the gardens and ocean, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child.

Half Board includes: Daily breakfast and dinner at Rendez-Vous, or dinner at Mosaic (reservations required). Guests staying 3 nights or more may choose to dine at 1810 Beach Restaurant, receiving a dining credit of Rs 850 per adult and Rs 400 per child towards food only (beverages excluded). Drinks are not included.

All Inclusive includes: Daily breakfast and lunch at Rendez-Vous, and dinner at Rendez-Vous or Mosaic (reservations required). Guests staying 3 nights or more may also dine at 1810 Beach Restaurant, receiving a dining credit of Rs 850 per adult and Rs 400 per child towards dinner, or Rs 550 per adult and Rs 350 per child towards lunch. Dining credits apply to food only (beverages excluded) and may be used throughout the stay. Also includes unlimited local spirits, wines, draught beers and soft drinks from 10:00am-11:30pm at the bar, plus a selection of drinks in the in-room mini-bar (refilled once daily).

Tikoulou Kids Club* (for children aged 3-12). (Please note from 1st July 2025, Kite surfing will operate from thefollowing alternative location, 10 minute walk from the hotel. This interim arrangement is expected to last between 3to 6 months, after which operations will resume at Preskil Island Resort.)

Been at the resort 3 days and writing my Review to reassure anyone looking to book as the mixed reviews made me nervous! Im from the UK and staying All-Inclusive. I've been to many All-Inclusive resorts but mainly in the Caribbean. The resort - physically beautiful, rustic, beachy eco-friendly but fully modern with all working amenities and the rooms are fabulous ( The grounds are stunning. Lots of lovely indoor and outdoor seating and relaxing options. Staff - absolutely wonderful, so polite, professional and can't do enough for you with no tipping expectation (but i will tip at the end). Staff in Medley bar particularly great. Beach - absolutely lovely, the views are amazing. The water is calm as surrounded by reef but there is a strong current, I suggest weak swimmers bring flippers. The water is crystal clear. The resort provides free twice daily boat trips to snorkel and the water sports guys are wonderful. The beach I believe is a public beach and locals do visit via a side entrance. Food - the All-Inclusive buffet is not fine dining but if you can be satisfied eating chicken, pasta, pizza, salads, curries, rice, bread, vegetables, you will not go hungry! There was oysters and sea urchin on one evening as well. Ice cream always available. Nothing outstanding but satisfactory. Mosaic Restaurant is ok. I will try out the 1810 that is not included. SPA - I had the best massage ever with therapist Fabiola and may even book again before I leave. She literally has healing hands. There is nothing negative about this resort, I made a good choice. Dont hesitate!
