On the stunning Le Morne peninsula, along the white sands of Le Morne Beach and a turquoise lagoon, this southwest Mauritius hotel is right by the UNESCO-listed Le Morne Mountain and close to a kite surfing hotspot, One Eye. If we could give The St. Regis a 10-star rating, we absolutely would. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and blown away by the beauty of the resort and its breathtaking ocean setting. It truly felt like an escape. The personalised butler experience with Thierry was the cherry on top. He made everything feel so special, especially by organising a unique and unforgettable birthday experience for my wife. Retish was also fantastic and made sure every detail of my request was taken care of. The staff throughout the resort were phenomenal. Breakfast was honestly the best we have ever had. Lucinda, the head of breakfast, was so helpful, warm, and passionate about her role, which was lovely to see. Vymal was also incredibly enthusiastic, warm hearted, and we really enjoyed our conversations with him about the rich history of Mauritius. The spa was another amazing experience and is an absolute must-do. From the relaxing massages to listening to the birds while enjoying delicious fresh fruit, it was pure peace. The facilities at this resort are endless, from swimming with dolphins to watching a movie in the cinema after dinner. Everything was thoughtful, luxurious, and memorable. If we could have, we would have extended our stay. This was truly one of the most special resort experiences we have ever had. Thanks to the Concierge (Vaaruna), Butler Teams (Kevin, Thierry, Nishal) and Spa Team that helped me co-ordinate events to make our stay special for my wife. “The best 5 star luxury hotel in Mauritius”

This is a 5 star hotel with a top notch service, unbeatable food and stunning beach. Quite luxury at its best: refined, elegant and perfect in every detail. Everyone at the hotel is outstanding in terms of how professional they are and how they go the extra mile to make sure you have a memorable stay. The food at the 5 restaurants on premise is amazing; fresh, delicious and just done to perfection. We tried all of them several times over our 14 days stay and never once were disappointed. Rooms are beautiful, spotless, spacious and the butler service is just a treat. They take care of anything you may need from reservations to car rentals to special requests like birthday celebrations and more. There are many complementary activities from snorkeling to bottom glass boat to paddle boarding. The beach is pristine and the best one in the south due to the extra care this hotel takes to keep it clean. The beach service is amazing, they welcome you by name and pamper you with fresh fruit and infused cold water while you sunbathe plus you can order from a fantastic menu for food and drinks. Breakfast is the highlight. We would stay again just because of it. Two rooms filled with every delicacy you can dream of from savory to sweet, all freshly made in house and at several live stations. To mention only 2: Egg benedicts to die for and fragrant pastries that make you think you are in Paris. We were a family of 3 with an 11 year old. We couldn’t find another place that matched this level of service on the island and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Our stay at the St Regis Le Morne was nothing short of magical, from the moment we walked into the resort we were treated with warmth and kindness from every single staff member. They went above and beyond to make our baby-moon an unforgettable and luxurious experience. The rooms are incredible and so comfortable with amazing views, the resort itself is incredible with amazing ocean and mountain views! They did everything to make sure I was comfortable during my stay there pregnant - they gave us a room close to all the facilities and restaurants, they provided me with an amazing pregnancy pillow and bottled water in the room and at every restaurant without me even asking! Their service is impeccable with every single staff member going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and provide the most luxurious and relaxing experience. It was truly the most customized and luxurious hotel experience I’ve ever had. Special shout out to Miss Zahra Menacer - she made our stay a million times better with her kindness and constant care, she really anticipated our every need and made sure I was treated like royalty while pregnant. She treats every guest like family and always has a warm smile on her face. Also a huge thank you to Miss Sharmila and Mr.Tej from butler services for taking care of us and all the little surprises that put huge smiles on our faces specially during my husband’s birthday. All the restaurants in the hotel had incredible food and amazing staff but special mention to Indya and Miss Ashwyna for a truly special dinner with top notch service and the best Indian food we’ve ever had! Overall, my favorite hotel stay ever and I cannot wait to go back and take my baby one day to meet all the amazing staff and experience the beauty of St Regis Le Morne!
