“A place to go again and again specially if all the staffs i mentioned are still there”

I went there as a birthday surprise for my partner. our experience started with a great welcome from the staffs and the tasty arrival cocktail. We were explained all the details by Muzammeer in a friendly manner, and he has been very helpful throughout. The bar staffs during the whole stay were outstanding with their service namely Vicky, Rajiv, Ijjaz, Leroye and Tanveer with the awesome cocktails. Vedusha from the spa section added some spice to the stay with all her great service. Perfect dinner experience and the service of restaurant manager just wow us. The room location and cleanliness was a 10/10

We’ve just returned from The Westin, and what can I say — it’s truly paradise on earth! From the moment you walk through the doors, the atmosphere feels magical. The staff and facilities are exceptional, and every detail has been thought through with care. A special mention to Seam, Vimal, Dev, and the rest of the F&B team — you made all of our celebrations unforgettable. Your attention to detail, outstanding service, and genuine warmth went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no shortcuts were taken. This is definitely a hotel I would recommend again and again. Thank you, Westin, for giving us such a memorable family holiday!
