Heavenly Family Junior Suites are located on the ground and first floors, with 1 king-size bed and a day bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 infant or 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. Special amenities include a travel journal and colouring pencils, local activity guide and in-room cookies/treats.

Wellbeing Suites are extremely spacious with a large terrace, lounge and dining areas, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults (plus an infant).

Banyan Suites are pure luxury and offer direct access to the beach, with 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (or 1 child and 1 infant).

This hotel, its management and staff are just amazing. We arrived very late at night with friends of ours and the team made contact to find out if we are okay and if they can assist with any transport arrangements. They showed true care to their guests and welcomed us with such friendliness and attentiveness. Usually when going to a different country one feels a bit stressed; but at the Westin Turtle Bay you know you are taken care of and that someone will always assist you. The welcome was truly exceptional with welcome drinks, no worries about luggage with the friendly team attending to every need. Late night snacks were put in our room and the room was just perfectly clean and ready for us to take a rest in the comfy bed. We had a sea view room, what a spoil. Housekeeping team, kudo's to you! Everything you need is available, clean and ready. Breakfast is just from another world with so many options that you want to dream the night before on what you are going to try the next day. All waiters and F&B staff were so attentive, efficient and willing to go the extra mile. We had dinner at Fusion the one evening which was spectacular; I am a newfound fan of Thai food after that experience; a special thank you to the team for making my husband's pre birthday celebrations so incredible. I am sorry, I cant recall the waitress's name that served us; she was one of your best. We enjoyed room service lunch and dinner, the beach, the complimentary snorkeling experience and the clean, crisp pool at the property and we just had such an amazing 3 days here. To top it all off, check out was a breeze, and we were greeted with waves of goodbye at the exit and a bottle of water for the trip. WOW is all I can say. We spent six unforgettable nights at The Westin Turtle Bay, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. A special mention to Kamini, our housekeeping lady, who greeted us every morning with a warm smile and ensured our room was spotlessly clean every single day. Her attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. The dining experience at the hotel was exceptional, no matter where we chose to eat. From Seasonal Tastes, Fusion, Kangan, and the Beach Grill, to the Mystic Restaurant, every meal was sumptuous, and the service was impeccable. The restaurant staff, including Seam, Ram, and others, were incredibly courteous. A big thank you to Vishake at Kangan for his excellent recommendations, which allowed us to savor authentic Indian flavors. At the pool bar, Naas, Jerome, and Steeven were always ready to assist, making sure we had a relaxing time by the pool. We cannot thank Kavi Lutchmiah enough for recommending The Westin and ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. Kavi went above and beyond, especially in helping us celebrate our daughter’s anniversary. My wife and I stayed at the Westin in August 2024 for 10 nights and had our symbolic wedding ceremony there. It was the most memorable and magical experience. We cannot thank Mr. Vikash Dawoo ( Managing Director) Mr Luxman ( deputy MD) Mr Jameel Jamun ( duty manager) and their team for giving us our dream Wedding ( cake, decorations of pier, flowers etc), taking care of us like royalty and the impeccable service we had throughout our entire stay. Our stay was faultless at every stage and our requests for the room, cleaning, meals etc were all catered to the highest standard. So much so that we are retuning to celebrate our one year anniversary. This was my wife’s second stay at the Westin ( first being in 2016 with her family) and it was her dream to have her wedding one day at the Westin; I am so grateful that the Westin management and their entire staff were able to make that a reality. We wanted to mention the individual people who we were closely involved with our stay: 1. Mr Kavi Lutchmiah - who kept a close eye on us throughout our stay to ensure everything went smoothly and we were well taken care of at each and every stage. 2. Events team - Karine and Joanna who coordinated with us to make our wedding day so special 3. Mr Jameel Jumon - duty manager who was so kind and helpful and facilitated our every request 4. Mr Azegan- the Food and Beverages Manager who oversaw our catering requests and was always so helpful. 5. Room cleaning under supervisor Sunny and his team- who went above and beyond and made sure our room was immaculate and to the exacting standards of my wife who has health issues with allergies. 6. Restaurant and Catering staff - Renu, Vijay and so many others whose names we are sorry we can not recall. They were always friendly and welcoming with a smile. 7. Sheila - during the breakfast service who made us incredible fruit platters every day and was always smiling and kind 8. Roshan - who was assigned as our butler for our wedding by Mr Kavi- he was incredibly helpful and attended to our wedding related needs - outfits pressed, room decorated on our wedding night etc and was present during our wedding taking videos for us. 9. Janvi - who took our photographs. She is extremely talented and creative and took the most amazing photographs for us, in our opinion much better than professional photographers. She should work within events and social media promotions with the incredible poses and shots she took of us. 10. Pradeep - who was at the pool, restaurants and drinks and was always helpful and attentive, giving us our fresh coconut water. 11. Mr Sreekisson - who officiated our symbolic wedding ceremony The entire staff at the Westin are highly motivated, pleasant, smiling and seem to thoroughly enjoy their roles despite the long hours being in the hospitality industry demands. If you are thinking of going to Mauritius, we recommend the Westin without hesitation to all our family and friends. Read less
