The warmest welcome we have ever experienced from an hotel! From arrival to departure the staff could have not been more accommodating; they are the stars of the show! We selected Westin Turtle Bay for its location at this time of year as being more sheltered and not being bothered by immaculate sandy beaches this place had more character. The room (Junior Suite) was perfect for two people with lots of room, twin washbasins and an indoor and outdoor shower and one of the best beds ever. Garden lawn outside the patio doors and seconds from the infinity pool, the beach and the Beach Grill. More than enough specialty restaurants and even Seasonal Tastes (buffet) had plenty of variety for all tastes over ten days. Not many hotel resorts we have visited have we wanted to extend our stay. In short, a perfect place to spend ten days with all one can need and the courtesy of the staff is exceptional. Are we going to go back sometime? Of course!! Read less

Our stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, Mauritius was truly exceptional. The entire experience was filled with warmth, comfort, and top-level hospitality. We would especially like to highlight the outstanding work of our housekeeper Kamini, who kept our room spotless every day with great care and friendliness. Her attention to detail made us feel incredibly well looked after – thank you, Kamini! The spa experience was also excellent. My wife enjoyed several treatments and was very impressed by the quality and peaceful atmosphere. Throughout the resort, the hospitality was outstanding – every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and always ready to assist. The property is beautifully maintained and very clean, which added greatly to our sense of relaxation. We also appreciated the free parking, which made our stay with a rental car very convenient. If we may suggest one small improvement: there was no practical place to dry beachwear or swimwear on the terrace. A small drying rack or discreet clothesline would be very useful. It’s only a minor detail but would add to the overall comfort. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and rejuvenating holiday – we hope to return one day! Read less

You must wear pants for diner in all restaurants but top service to justify pants. The pool is nice, however, they give you two beach towels in the room to take with you to the pool or the rocky beach if you ask for towels they don’t have since you got them in the room. A few smile but most they don’t. The food is most if the time warm not hot, buffet is not wow and food quality is average. Read less

The resort was beautiful, no doubt. But what stood out was the hospitality and versatility Chef Attaphon Suksupanit showed with the most authentic and amazing spread of custom-made asian vegetarian meals for lunch and dinner which was Jain-friendly as well. Made our stay all the more pleasant and memorable. Thank you !
