“Highly recommend”

Fantastic location and the staff were amazing! Couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was so good. Massive choice and dietary options available. Rooms were well appointed. Would stay again.

“Has been hotel”

The hotel is basicly old and shabby. This could have been ignored has the service been OK, it's not. The room I got had no functioning lights! How that happens? I mean of course lights can malfunction but how come it was unnoticed by the team who prepared the room? When I reported the problem I was ignored. After 3 calls and 2 hours in a dark room I had to go down to reception and raise my voice. Only then I received a new room. Repacking my luggage in the dark is an experience to remember! The room itself was great and the only thing that saved my vacation was the room's great terrace to the sea - perfection. Breakfast was standard in not so attractive dining room and the stuff was curtious. The big joke was the pool which is located very far and going there through tunnels, back stairs and bridges was something from Dungeons and Dragons. I was not able to do that way again although I yearned for a pool. In short, nice room, curtious stuff and gorgious terrace on the waterfront but the hotel is a real has been. Next time I'll look for a newer and better hotel in the same area for the view. P. S. Surprisingly enough most of my comparisons to other hotels were based on Dan Eilat which is a favorite of mine. Hard to believe both are of the same chain!
