“Great hotel - but beware booking thru AGODA”

Clean and comfortable, wonderful breakfast. However - we had to pay VAT twice - because AGODA misinformed us about the VAT.

This was my fifth stay at the Link and it did not disappoint. Staff is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location ideal. Everything one would expect from the Dan Hotels brand. I plan to return the first chance that I get. I love this place.

“Decent rooms marred by horrible customer service”

Room: small, clean, minimal. Facilities: Gym has machines, no free weights. It was clean which was nice. Their bathrooms are faulty--I got locked in because the lock fell off, and was stuck for half an hour... Customer service: horrible. Their faulty facilities caused me to be stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes, and although they promised a refund, it has been a month and no such refund has come about. I tried calling many times and they just say they are busy and to call back.
