252 modern rooms and suites with marble bathrooms, walk in rain shower, and separate bath tub. All guest rooms and suites enjoy a private balcony, dark wood panelling, marble floors, signature bedding and leather headboards, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV and media panel, tea/coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mini bar*, luxury bath amenities, and safe. 

Fairmont View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and partial sea views of the Arabian Gulf. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Board basis options

Breakfast included: includes breakfast at Spectrum.

Half Board option: includes breakfast and lunch or dinner in the all-day dining restaurant Spectrum.

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the all-day dining restaurant Spectrum

All Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet only) at Spectrum restaurant. Alternatively, instead of the buffet for lunch and dinner, guests can have the option of AED 50 dine around credit per adult, per meal, per day. This credit can be used at one of the signature à la carte restaurants: Gioia Italian Restaurant, Kiyi Turkish Restaurant. Unlimited service of selected alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, available during meals and at designated hotel bars (according to each outlet operational hours). A list of beverage selections will be available at designated bars and restaurants.

Please note: a 5-night minimum stay is required for All Inclusive. Room service, mini-bar and ice cream are not included in the All Inclusive package.

Room upgrades

Fairmont Sea View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and feature unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 5–14 and their higher elevation gives them some of the most stunning sea views in the emirate. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites have separate living and bedroom areas and a balcony with unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf. These rooms have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child.

Family Rooms consist of 2 interconnecting Fairmont View rooms, one room with 1 king-size bed and the second room with twin beds. They can sleep a maximum 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults. These rooms enjoy sea views.

The larger 1-Bedroom Corner Suites come with 1 king-sized bed and a separate living area, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

5 exquisite restaurants and lounges including: Kiyi Turkish Restaurant (dinner), Gioia Italian Restaurant (lunch and dinner), Spectrum Lobby Lounge (serving breakfast, afternoon tea, plus light bites and refreshments throughout the day), Spectrum Restaurant (all-day dining), and Salt & Sea swim up pool bar (serving light meals and drinks).

Spent 10 night at this hotel all inclusive. Overall staff were amazing and catered for vegetarians all we had to go was ask for what we wanted and they accommodated. Rooms were clean and a good size. Spent 10 night at this hotel all inclusive. Overall staff were amazing and catered for vegetarians all we had to go was ask for what we wanted and they accommodated. Rooms were clean and a good size. Only downside was drinks /food was unable to be taken to your room but could be given through room service through extra cost even for all inclusive guests, and no snacks available throughout the day. Pricate Beach directly in front of the hotel was clean and amazing, sea water was lovely and warm and there was jet ski opportunities. Shops were a 2 minute walk and had good prices for drinks that you wanted to keep in the mini fridge in your room. There were more shops around a 5 minute walk on the other side and were lovley to take an evening stroll. Air-conditioning throughout the hotel worked well especially during the extreme hot weather. Pool is very big and a great size, there was entertainment but not much and not for long and music was only played for a short amount of time, drinks at the swim up bar were not really fizzy and slightly watered down because of the ice (I recommend if u would like a fizzy cold drink buy it from local shops it's cheap and just keep it in the fridge). Staff were amazing and helpful especially during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was amazing and had a great variety and lots of options. Tere was a shuttle but to trips to the Dubai mall at no extra cost would just have to put your name down for a place o the bus they did have a times 10 -5 and 12-8 would take around 1 hour to get there depending on traffic. Rooms were really nice and clean with joining rooms if staying with family. Restaurant staff were really helpful and accomodating when it came to our dietary needs. The staff would make pizza, pasta and chips for us whenever we would ask if the buffet didn't have food that we could eat. The buffet did have a small selection of vegetarian food so there was always something that we could try. Out door areas were also very good with a bar within the pool area. The hotel also have a free shuttle bus which traveles daily to Dubai mall so no need to pay for private transport just add your name to the list. Recommend for a family holiday Read less

Staying at the Fairmont Ajman. Just had a meal in the Turkish restaurant Kiki. The food and service has been excellent again hats off to Htet and Husna who have been amazing all through our stay and regular visits to the restaurant for food or just drinks always a smile, helpful and friendly. A special thanks but not limited to Rachel, Jude, Farid, Hidroy, Yi, Bruno, Babitha, Yoon, Paballo, Yoused, Yoon and Kennedy. Not forgetting Imran for keeping our room clean and ride. We stayed all inc and was more than happy with the all inc choices. My son has a nut allergy and for the first few days, the chef would escort him around the restaurant explaining the symbols and advising what he could and couldn’t eat. We never used the Italian or Turkish restaurants mainly because the choice in the main restaurant was always sufficient and varied. We used the shuttle to the Dubai mall which is offered daily. We also noted that there was a free shuttle to Abu Dhabi but didn’t use this. WhatsApp voice calls are barred in the UAE but you can download a VPN and then make calls, if you need to. It was hot as you would expect but the air conditioning in the hotel and in the rooms was amazing. We are already looking to return. Read less
