Atlantis, The Palm is just a 25-minute drive from the centre of Dubai and a 15-minute drive to Dubai Marina. There is also a monorail to the mainland. All rooms/suites have air-conditioning, cable TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

Palm View Rooms feature a French balcony overlooking the Dubai skyline and palm island, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children (below 14 years).

“THE BEST RESORT FOR A LUXURY FAMILY HOLIDAY”

The best hotel we have stayed at with lots to do, we didn’t want to leave. We stayed in the Regal suite, which was insane, the views from the balcony were next level. We went half board and the food was literally amazing!! All the staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful. Special shout out to the housekeeping team, especially a gentlemen called Nariyan. He is so sweet and kind and made sure our suite was spotless every single day. The waterpark was amazing, we went a few times as we just couldn’t get enough, our baby loved it! The buggy staff/service was really good, Rashid the buggy driver was so friendly and helpful he dropped us off a few times and had lots of friendly chats with him. Walking through the resort was so lovely with breathtaking scenery. Overall our experience was amazing and we would love to go back in the future.

“Beware of post stay customer experience”

We have visited the Atlantis several times as a family of 4 on multiple occasions. Unfortunately the service I have received after departing has really tarnished my experience. The deposit I placed during my stay has not to this day been refunded after 7 weeks and 10 separate emails. The post-stay customer service has been amongst the worst customer service I have experienced, receiving generic replies, non-updates and no response to the required resolution of the return of my deposit. I have been left with no choice but to resolve through my credit card company. So while it’s a great place to stay and a great holiday, beware of such issues with post stay customer service.

I really would recommend the hotel. It has everything a family needs. Resturants, waterpark, animals exploring, a grand hotel in general. Also the hotel have a insane kids club with multiple rooms and activities all day long. My kid just loved going there every day, and i think a big reason for that is the staff that are working there. They remember my kid by name from first day, they played with her and made her feel so welcome. My girl cried for hours after leaving because she would miss the kids club. I would like to thank Kat, Gigi and Rainbow for doing such a good job taking care of my girl. We can wait to see you next year.
