All with air-conditioning balcony, 48” LCD TV with pay-per-view films, telephone, complimentary WiFi access, mini-bar*, tea/coffee maker, iPod docking station, safe, hairdryer, iron and board. Superior King Rooms are located on the 1st-2nd floors, with private balcony, partial views towards the Arabian Gulf and the resort, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, and Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Transport is not included.

We have just returned from our 12 night stay at JZS, as a family of 6 over 3 rooms, age range from 13-80 this is our 4th stay here and 18th to dubai mainly staying at the Jumeirah hotels including JBH, Al Naseem, Al qusr , JZS, dar al Masyaf. JZS is still absolutely stunning, check in was great, two of our rooms were ready even at 9am after our night flight, which was very much appreciated. We’d booked the club rooms, half board dine around so was able to visit the other Jumeirah hotels to dine. Staff at JZS couldn’t do enough for you from housekeeping (ashraful, you were amazing) to pool staff. No need to get up early to secure a sun bed. My daughter room had a leak in the bathroom which they tried to repair several times but after 3 days they moved her to a junior suite a few doors away! We had 2 disappointments during our stay.. firstly, after dining at JBH we wanted to visit the souk to purchase some perfume and went to use the buggy’s but were told that as we weren’t staying at JBH and only staying the JZS we would need to go out front and get a taxi! Secondly, the quality of afternoon tea and evening canapés, we have always stayed with club and I understand they had recently moved the lounge to the tori tori location so not sure if this was the reason but the quality of the sandwiches was well below our previous experiences, paste sandwiches 😳 very doey scones, no clotted cream, just very watered down squirty cream, in previous years there always used to be a variety of options at these times but not any more, drinks were always good although service was mostly slow needless to say we only used the lounge a couple of times during our stay so felt like this was a waste of money. I first stayed at JBH 20 years ago and the half board dine around options each year seem to reduce with added restrictions, sign of the times maybe. We ate at Amala, Al nafooah, bastion, tarossa, pai Thai, kitchen connection, dhow and anchor and all were excellent, bastion and pai Thai being the favourites. Although things have changed and corners are being cut Jumeirah is still up there with the best.

We had a wonderful experience with Islam at the pool. He is very professional, polite, and always attentive. His friendly attitude and excellent service made our time by the pool very enjoyable. We truly appreciate his efforts and highly recommend him

I love your kids club because my boys enjoy playing you play area and all staff is caring and accommodating to the guest and also well train regarding baby care and lovely smile. Amazing activities from use NM paper they make arts and craft. Thank you kids club team especially Michael jocelyn brenda and nirmala 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 We will come back again we hope we van stay in room also. Because we use only membership. Thank you wonderful team and staff
