All rooms have floor to ceiling windows offering views of the Arabian Gulf and the majestic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, air-conditioning, interactive HD LCD TV, WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, mini-bar*, bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board, separate walk-in shower and bath, and hairdryer.

Ocean Deluxe Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. “Our Favorite Family beach Holiday Spot in Dubai”

We stayed at Jumeirah Beach Hotel again in April 2025 for our fourth family holiday, and it was just as wonderful as every time before. The beachfront location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the Burj Al Arab, and the hotel is perfectly set up for families. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The kids loved the pools and direct access to Wild Wadi Waterpark, while we enjoyed the variety of restaurants and relaxing atmosphere. We booked the half board package, which was excellent value — the dining choices were wide-ranging, delicious, and made it easy to try different restaurants across the Jumeirah group. Having explored many Jumeirah hotels, we can confidently say that Jumeirah Beach Hotel offers one of the best all-around family holiday experiences. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with plenty of fresh and tasty options for both adults and children. And as always, the service stood out — warm, attentive, and consistent, making everything feel effortless. After four visits, Jumeirah Beach Hotel has firmly become our family’s top choice in Dubai, and we’re already looking forward to returning again.

We have been visiting this hotel for around 20 years and always have a one bedroom suite which we request . The last time in May we didn’t get this suite and were kindly upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite which was amazing . We returned in the 1st September to be told the room we requested was not available and was asked did we want to upgrade which would have been an extra £9000 which we declined . We cancelled there and then and checked in to Al Naseem it’s a totally different level very welcoming with the most lovely attentive staff and so modern and luxurious compared to the old tatty jumeriah beach hotel . We were treated so well and absolutely loved everything about this hotel . It’s just out of this world . We will definatly be returning in the near future and miss it already .

“Mediocre, disappointing and definitely not 5 Star Luxurious”

After staying 7 days club at the Le Meridian resort & Spa - 12th Sept now atJBH first glance looks the part but it’s keeping up with the tag luxurious that JBH are struggling with -- the comparison is disappointing firstly the room was scruffy, sofa was full of stains, smoke smell, possibly the air con? changed rooms after a wait as offered a higher floor good for me for the views but partly our fault as would have liked a mid floor due to hubbies vertigo, upgraded FOC to a balcony room, a nice gesture, hubbies happy so staying put as could have moved again but could not be bothered with the hassle. Food buffet in the evening lovely lots of choice, alongside the choice of restaurants you have with the club H/B option. Check in and breakfast used to be in a separate area for club guests now centrally - cold poached eggs, weird as taken from a pan of hot water, Hollandaise sauce cold, all sauces and jams not individual another cost cutting exercise and not luxurious and marmalade just a puree more AI than anything alongside a lot in this hotel. This is not the first time at this hotel unfortunately is will be the last there our better hotels for the same price ratio if not slightly more but not a lot more, I think Jumeriah should consider what they are offering for the price ratio and quality as compared to Al qasr, Le Meridian , Waldorf, Ajum Saray - JBH is 2nd class. The plus for this hotel is you pay club you have use of the executive pool which is truly lovely but for myself personally the rest lets the hotel down. I think for families it’s good and maybe it needs to go down the fully inclusive route but for me it’s sheer luxury has got lost along the way - shame as this was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at in the past and was truly was looking forward to this stay, at least the sun is shining. Staff are helpful and attentive but all seems forced and don’t seem particularly happy in their work. Apologies, just being honest of the experience so far. Transport Buggy boys , Exec Pool staff happiest to date.
