“Another fabulous holiday”

We are currently at the Grosvenor, service is amazing as always. Lucia, Rommel and the team in the level 5 lounge are great hosts, Simon mixing drinks and Karunakar (spelling correct I think!) and his colleagues keeping our drinks topped up. Excellent restaurant recommendations (thanks Lucia, Sienna was everything you described, wonderful food, service and ambience) Lorraine from the executive butler team seems to be everywhere, checking we are having the best time. Santosh is doing his usual wonderful job heading up housekeeping on our floor with Shahid making sure our room is immaculate. The hotel continues to be our only choice when visiting Dubai because of the fabulous team and the service they provide. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel, the staff are, without exception, so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel itself is kept spotlessly clean everywhere. We ate in the Sloanes restaurant and the food was excellent, such a choice, something for everyone. I really don't think you could get a better hotel than this not only in Dubai but worldwide. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was clear that every effort was made to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The food was absolutely fantastic. Whether it was breakfast, a light lunch, or a fine dining experience in the evening, every meal was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. The variety and quality were world-class, and each dish was a highlight in its own right. Our room was simply stunning—elegantly designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the beautiful views of Dubai was a daily pleasure, and every little detail in the room added to the sense of luxury and relaxation.
