“Organized chaos”

The customer service is excellent. They gave me a room in 62 floor which was amazing. The buffet breakfast was yummy. The hotel lobby and restaurants are a little noisy. The pricing for holidays goes up horribly. The hot chocolate was the only pathetic one I had in the hotel.

We just had an amazing 3 night stay at this hotel and would have to say it is probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Our suite had so much room. The bathroom was huge and we even had a separate lounge and dining area as well as an extra toilet. It was a great place to retreat to at night and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with so much variety. The staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. We spent some time at the pool and it was very clean and a great place to hang out at. I would definitely stay there again and would consider other Marriott properties.

We met some extremely wonderful people. One of the exceptional people is Arfat. He worked the Executive lounge and made our visit special. He was attentive and always had a smile. E looked forward to a return visit.
