“Bad - Don't Do this”

This is a horrible expensive place which you should avoid without hesitation. Rooms are tiny. Narrow. The bed is a double. No king, no queen. Double. Toilette is basic. There's a tiny adjacent room which is awful and poorly furnished. The breakfast is like you are attending a summer camp. There's not a single redeeming feature. Staff are nice and it's not their fault their employer will charge you $400 a night for what's essentially a hole. All rooms are the same. There's free parking and wifi is decent, but give this a miss.

If you expect posh dessert resort this is not for you. If you want to explore the region in good vibe, decent pricing and good conditions this is the place. The facility is not accessible easy with public transport but I assume visiting AlUla region is not the case. Rooms have a small sitting room and a small bedroom with a bathroom and a kitchenette in between plus a sitting outdoors in front, both upstairs or downstairs as some rooms are at the first floor. The views are nice, very clean, very good and diverse breakfast, good coffee. Rooms have everything you might need including Nespresso. The outdoor swimming pool is super nice and the facility itself is pleasant. Beware is a dry place from alcohol point of view.
