Really nice helpful staff. Rooms are excellent and modern. The people who service the rooms don't bother you when you're in the room, and you always come back to a fresh clean room. They are just very professional people running a hotel up to international standards. Breakfast is tasty too, and they change it a little each day.

The rooms are excellent, clean and tidy. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful all the time. Tarek, the F&B Manager is always keen to make your experience a pleasure and remembers you when you keep coming back. Basement parking, so your car stays cool! My favourite place to stay each time I visit Jeddah.
