We had a reservation at Rixos Murjana, which was cancelled a week before departure and Obhur was offered. We had no other choice, we could not change the flight ticket. The only positive thing about the hotel is the gastronomy, every dish was excellent and tasty, be it appetizer, main course or dessert. And here are the negatives:
- the staff sprayed sewage water in the garden in the morning, which was very smelly,
- the garden is neglected and unassuming,
- first this blanket was given to the third person in the room (in a 5 star hotel !!!),
- the hotel was not like a hotel that had opened a few weeks ago, the tap was moving in the bathroom, but the floor in the restaurant was so stained, as if it was dirty, and on the terrace too; very unassuming design,
- the cleaning staff swept under our feet while we were eating,
- there are a lot of mosquitoes,
- we expected that the beach (since it is a canal) would not be the most beautiful, but unfortunately it was worse than we expected.
And finally, the hotel's communication: they do not respond to messages (Whatsapp, e-mail) or only very slowly and although we indicated at check-in that we are All Accor members, the points were not credited within 7 days of check-out and they are not willing to write it. Neither Rixos nor the All Accor group respond to the inquiry...
