“Jeddah great escape”

We really enjoyed our stay , we had some issues in the room which has been fixed immediately by the management , big thanks to Mr Zeide for all his help Kids are enjoying their time and they love kids club Food is amazing and room are clean will be definitely coming back

“Amazing vacation rixos”

Wow it is truely a gem in jeddah all the staff went beyong amazing from check-in until check out we were felt at home . Rooms are big well designed new furnitured witg a lovely wiev. We spent our tıme pool and beach mostly and didnt feel crowded at all. All the workers smıled at us and we loved how everywhere decorated nicely. We also had chance to visit kids club. İts located on massive area. Very clean and there are alot of activities for both children and teenagers. Want to say thanks to Nadya and her lovely team tp welcome us very positive and look after all children well. Restourant has many option and very tasty foods we enjoyed all meals we had. Both day time and evening there are entertainment programs and dances. Thank you again all the workers who went beyond amazing during our stay

“Family vacation”

We decided to spend our school break at Rixos Obhur Jeddah, and it turned out to be a really pleasant escape for all of us. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely polite, not just going through the motions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed bright, clean, and comfortable without feeling overly formal. Our room was spacious and well-kept, and we loved having a bit of extra space for the kids to move around. Waking up to the sea breeze and stepping out to the balcony every morning became something we looked forward to. We spent a good amount of time around the pool and the beach area. Both were clean, organized, and never felt overcrowded. There were always staff around making sure towels were available and that everything stayed tidy. The food during our stay was also enjoyable. There was good variety, and everything tasted fresh. It felt like the kitchen team actually cared about what they were serving, which isn’t always the case in big hotels. But the part of the trip that truly made the biggest difference especially for a family with kids was the Rixy Club. I have to mention Mrs. Nadya and her wonderful team, because they were honestly amazing with the children. They were warm, patient, and fun, and they created an environment where the kids felt excited to join in. Every day our children came back telling us about the games, crafts, and activities they did. It became one of the main reasons they loved the trip so much. Having a place where the kids were genuinely happy gave us parents a chance to relax and enjoy the hotel at our own pace. we will definitely return.
