I want to commend the folks working here and I wish I could share the names of all the wonderful people that I’ve had the opportunity to interact with. I would like to give a shoutout to a couple individuals in particular that have made my stay memorable. First is Asiah. She helped me in my initial days when I arrived due to my luggage being delayed/missing. It was an incredibly stressful few days for me but Asiah assisted me by attempting to reach out to the airport on my behalf as well as providing me directions to nearby locations so I could purchase clothes. She was beyond helpful and I couldn’t be more grateful for her continuous assistance throughout those first few days. Thank you, Asiah! Second is Siby. Every night I call the front desk to have a bag of laundry retrieved from my room. Siby always shows up with a warm and welcoming smile on his face and is incredibly friendly. He has been particularly helpful too since I haven’t received new forms to fill out for my laundry, he has offered to fill them out for me on my behalf, willing to go above and beyond what is expected. The next day my laundry always arrives clean and in a timely manner. Thank you, Siby! Again, I wish I could express my gratitude to the additional individuals I’ve encountered here. Location food and service are all great!! Highly recommend hotel. The food is alwayss greatt! Even the housekeeping staff were amazing, Sudip cleaned our room daily and was exceptionally clean and tidy! Its a walking distance from a mall which is convenient

Abdul Motaleb was great, great service to my room and very clean. Great hotel! Very glad I am staying here. The food is great and I am vegan. Great choices for food.
