Fantastic family stay at the Conrad. We booked 2 interconnecting family rooms through BA and, upon arrival, were given rooms on the 34th floor with amazing views. I imagine all rooms at this hotel have spectacular views. One of the rooms was a corner room, which had the most unique bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. We've stayed at lots of luxury hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and these rooms are amongst the best. The hotel is an ex-Jumeirah hotel, and I don't think much has changed. Check-in was easy, and we were made to feel immediately welcome. We had arrived very early morning and went straight to breakfast. It was as expected from a luxury-branded hotel, but I really did like the juice counter where they mixed fresh juice in front of you, and you could choose what type of boost you wanted. There was a choice of restaurants to eat in with the half board package, including Italian and Mediterranean, but we favoured the Lebanese and the buffet restaurant, Rosewater. A nice perk about the hotel is the observation deck at 300, which is free to hotel guests. We visited twice during our stay, and it's really worth visiting. Concierge staff are really friendly and helpful. They helped us out a few times, including advising on local Padel courts for hire. We played at the Emirates Palace hotel, which is within easy walking distance. £57 including balls for the 4 of us. The courts are right on the beach, and the facilities were really good. They also helped us book biking and running around the YAS circuit, which was a unique experience and free of charge. We used the gym daily. It's a good hotel gym with the right amount of equipment and facilities. It never got too busy in the morning or late afternoon. The hotel is in a great location. The children used bikes and scooters to ride along the Cornich. A big bonus for us was the great supermarket and cafe situated underneath the hotel in the small shopping mall. The food is fantastic, with a huge range of options for drinks, snacks, and lunch for us. All staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, and I was particularly impressed with the efficient way that they handled the loss of my phone on the beach, and how quickly they found it, and the manner in which they dealt with it. Most staff at the Rosewater restaurant were fantastic, but especially Prima, Jee Ann, and Mandela. Thankyou for a great stay.
