What really stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, kind, and always ready to help. I would especially like to highlight Housekeeping Manager Shailesh Jaiswal, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was incredibly professional and thoughtful — even arranging Byredo samples for us upon request, which was a lovely touch.
I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

I stayed at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers for two nights (June 4–6) and had a truly enjoyable experience. I booked a Deluxe King Room but was kindly upgraded to a 1-Bedroom Serviced Apartment — the accommodation was spacious, luxurious, and spotless.
The only downside was the breakfast service. While the buffet had a great variety, the service was quite slow — it took about 15 minutes just to get a coffee, which detracted from an otherwise high-quality experience.
Despite that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The overall comfort, hospitality, and amenities make it a great choice when visiting Abu Dhabi.

One of the best hotel we stayed. Ms. Lorry who assisted in our check in/out is very friendly and assisted all our needs. The room is huge and well designed the bed and pillows are so comfortable to sleep with, sea/pool view is the best. The family swimming pool big enough and a bit cold to swim even its summer because the area is shaded and well ventilated. The half board food experience was great but I don't recommend having buffet dinner and next day buffet breakfast as we still haven't digest all the food from dinner then will going to eat again in the morning. Overall experience was satisfied.
