My family and I stayed over Christmas at Emirates Palace for a week. We were welcomed by Litha and her warm smile. Before our arrival, we were a bit apprehensive about our stay. However, Litha went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and made us happy as a family. We made her work from the beginning of our stay until the end. We are an active family; spas were booked for every second day of our stay, dinners(internal and external) booked daily. She got us our restaurant of choice for our Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner. We were pleased with the restaurants especially for a food loving family like ours : ) Litha personally brought our room key cards to the beach on our last day to ensure we wouldn’t be locked out. Thank you Litha for your outstanding and genuine service during our stay. Thank you to Salim and Jurry and his team for our boys’ morning ocean swim. Watching from the balcony, we felt assured over our boys safety. Thank you! We are a tennis family too…we managed to play nearly every day while we were there. The tennis courts are fast and great to play on during this time of the year. However, the coaching standard is not the same as we have received at other hotels, but they are still nice and friendly. Wonder full hotel, enjoying every single night here and beautyfull view beach and pool amazing. And the room fantastic so clean and tidy big thanks to ade and umar from housekeeping and also their supervisor Liezel. For sure we will come back
